As a fair-sized BAM store, this location still achieves in having a wide variety of products across all genres. In addition to reading material, many small gifts and other novelties are available. Prices are certainly fair although deals further deals sparse.

The store layout is easy to understand so finding what you may be looking for should be easy. If needed, the staff are extremely helpful with looking up information or directing you to what you need.

A small but accessible cafe is located near the front entrance as well.

Lots of choices! The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're into manga, they got lots of it as well.

They also have a variety of toys, action figures, franchise collectables, blankets and other great items that would make amazing Souvenirs.

Love this place. Always something for what your looking for. Their is just all kinds of gifts aswell.

My son and I went here so he could look for some books to get with his birthday money. And although they didn't have the particular books he was looking for, thanks to a very sweet and helpful associate, he found other items he loved. We will definitely go back to this store because the customer service was so amazing. Even the cashier was super nice! Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience, especially it being right after Christmas!! Y'all are amazing!

Very friendly staff and a great selection.

I could spend thousands of dollars and thousands of hours in here. Wonderful witchcraft and spiritual section and all the best sellers of every genre. They also have some neat novelty items. There is a Starbucks on site as well.

Quiet and calm atmosphere here. I can literally burn 2 hours here without realizing it. Staff is very helpful in locating a particular book and the restrooms are very clean. Been here many times and always a great experience!

Great store!! hundreds of books and toys! Not your run-of-the-mill bookstore! Picked up this little gem for cheap

Speechless. We stopped in here while on vacation in PA, and immediately fell in love. Besides the hundreds of books that filled each bookshelf, their novelty and pop culture stock was INCREDIBLE!! they had a great assortment of board games, table top games, stuffed animals, collector's items, mugs, posters, and so much more. Their D&D inventory was extensive. And the person at the counter was super knowledgeable about everything in the store and a lot of pop culture stuff in general.

This location has a large variety of books and collectibles available to choose from. I was very surprised to see the number of choices was similar to Barnes and Noble. They even have an in store cafe. They offer a wide array of coffee beverages as well as non coffee products.
BAM has a number of games available. I recently discovered that they sell booster packs of cards for various games in several genres. For instance, Cards against humanity booster packs themed in science fiction. They have a number of comics available for customers to choose from. They also sport a variety of brain tweezers like rubik's cube and other puzzles.
They also have a great selection of novelty items available. They have (as of this date) vintage record players.
They have a large selection of movies and movie memorabilia available as well.
When visiting this location it is probably best to give yourself at least one hour to browse the selection as you may never know what might catch your eye.
The staff seemed very friendly and eager to assist with finding items and equally friendly at check out. There was a lot more to the store than what I have written here. This store is definitely a good place to visit just to check it out. Who knows, maybe you will find something that you did not know you were looking for.

The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming to everyone, a non judgmental place. I love going here and finding amazing books and other fun stuff like games and toys. It's an exceedingly accommodating place with staff that are extremely helpful and friendly.

They had a Harry Potter Party. It was very interesting and entertaining. You had to search for items throughout the store. They had 4 main areas. The kids were able to create a wand, get sorted into houses, scavenger hunt, participate in a quiz for house points and there was a best costume contest. Both kids and employees had a blast. My children are teens and they enjoyed themselves. I really like it here.

Great store for books and rpg items

Not bad. They can’t be expected to have every book, so I would say they have a great selection. They have an incredible magazine selection also. The staff are friendly and the prices are fair.

I called in first because I didn't want to search around. The nice gentlemen got my books and greated me at the door as I came. This means alot to someone who gets out of breath walking.

Melissa, our Joe Muggs cashier, was very friendly. It was slow during our visit, and instead of calling out to us when our drinks and muffin were ready she just walked them over to our table! B.A.M. is currently participating in a book-drive for local schools. I appreciated that when she asked me to donate, she had personally chosen a few bargain book options to keep at the register, so I was able to donate a $3 book.

One of the last large chain bookstores. Always greeted when entering store. Could browse for hours. Always well organized and staff is always available and knowledgeable. Joe Muggs coffee is better tasting and cheaper than Starbucks.
