Dunkin'

I came in like 5 mins before close fully expected to be treated like an inconvenience. I was already upset and I think they could tell. (Kohen and esteban) might be spelled wrong. But they were soooo sweet they both had be crying laughing by the time I left! I ordered 2 XL hot coffees and I guess they were kinda old so kohen made me a fresh pot even though they were about to close! Such sweet boys I wish more dunkin workers were like them. thank you boys for making my night.

Crew on shift 2/24/24 around 1pm were on top of their game. The ordering went smoothly and it was some of the best food to come out of that place, job well done!

I always buy the special flavors that pop up, this time I purchased the toasted white chocolate as a frozen coffee. I get to the window and was met with a rude person. Maybe just having a bad day but because of the current mood this person took an extremely long time to make my drink.

I loved the free coffee today! Thanks for the free pumpkin too. It was delicious!

Nice new store that is clean and cozy. The coffee was hot, fresh and perfectly made.

this used to be a really challenging DD location but it’s completely turned around. Nice people, fast service and I’m constantly getting coffee from this location and it’s always so delicious and fresh.

Very excellent coffee like the famous signature pumpkin late good but it’s still disappointing that they are no longer doing the 2pm $2.00 deal for coffee but I still give it 5 stars and I’m a robot 🤖.

We pulled in a little before 7 on Sunday (10/16/22) with a car full of indecisive kids and adults. The young lady (I believe her name started with an L) was incredibly patient and pleasant. So was the rest of the team. Just wanted to give them a shout out. You don’t see that joy very often!

I ordered a macchiato from here and it was DELICIOUS. I came in to the front counter and the sweet little boy Kohin was so polite and helpful. Will be back. :)

Understaffed and the 2 gals working there were talking amongst themselves about 11 hour days with no breaks. So add cash in the tip jar! Donuts were fresh and still a great selection at 12.30 in afternoon. The medium Winter Blend coffee was a great deal for $2. I like this location.

I've been twice at this location. Morning crew was great., Late afternoon crew at drive thru, not so much. Maybe he was having a bad day

This location made my coffee PERFECT every time I went while visiting family for 10 days!

Even though they were super busy it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was cheerful and apologetic for the wait. The drinks were great and they even threw in an extra donut for my daughter for the wait. This location is the best one in town. Highly recommend over other locations.

This is my absolute favorite location in this area! The employees are always so nice and attentive. Although the drive thru line can be long, I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes with it being wrapped around the building. They've never messed my order up and they are super fast and so sweet. This location tops all of the others in the eastern panhandle.

Bring the girls here all the time before or after dance. Service is always great, always a smile and a "Hi" for the littlest one. Beverages are made correctly and food is always fresh. Donuts are great but I come for the iced coffee.

This place is running smoothly. They are fast and friendly. You get through the line so much quicker. The food and drinks have been prepared perfectly. I am impressed with the positive changes. I visit in the mornings and i feel things go best when Tay is at the window. I dont visit often past lunch time.

Always my favorite place to get donuts. Best to get what you want in the morning if wanting certain kinds. There breakfast sandwiches are really good. You spend a little more then what you would at Burger King or McDonald's but they are also bigger.
