AT&T Store

Brooke did an amazing job today. With the activation and transfer of my phone data. She went above and beyond with installing my screen protector. She explained the whole process an advised it would take a few hours for my phone to organize. Recommended holding onto my phone until after the reorganization so i can verify the transfer. During my time at AT&T, she welcome the incoming customers and held the door for customer exiting.

Katelyn was amazing it started off with a phone call due to issues with a flip phone she went more than above an beyond. She has shown the best customer service than I can explain..

Was instantly greeted with a friendly smile. Skylar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of all my concerns and questions. I left T mobile for a reason and this is why. I would recommend this place hands down!

Justin was super helpful! We needed to get new phones and he helped us get and set up the new ones and find new cases for them as well.

Helpful. Patient. Easy to talk to. Accommodating to children in the waiting area. Just a few of the things that made my trip here better!

The employees were so kind and helpful. The guy that helped me was patient and knowledgeable. He was quick and answered all my questions. There was also another women employee in there helping an older gentleman set up and/or troubleshoot and she was so patient getting him set up. It was so nice to be in a space with such patient, kind and helpful people. I hope they can be recognized in some way. They were so wonderful. 10/10 for them.

I came into the AT&T Store in the Commons in Martinsburg, with a problem with my IPhone and a young gentleman named Carter was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient and worked with me to solve my problem. I came into the store with a problem and left the store extremely satisfied. Thank you Carter!

Josh at the store of the Martinsburg Commons is amazing. Not only was he able to solve my initial problem, but he went above and beyond to help me find ways to lower my bill. He is genuine and courteous, and I won’t be visiting any other AT&T store other than this one because the service and the general vibe of the store is very friendly and inviting. I highly suggest going to visit my new friend Josh and let him take care of you regardless of what your telecommunication situation/need is.

A friendly, knowledgeable customer service rep named Josh helped me with an issue on my phone today at the AT&T store (Retail Commons in Martinsburg, WV). He knew exactly what was wrong and had my phone back to usable in less than a minute. Thanks so much, Josh!

Let me start by saying the customer service in the store is EXCELLENT and calling AT&T help was USELESS. My phone maps wasn’t working and I was very frustrated when I ended up in a different state trying to get home (I just moved here). I went into the store and saw Carter! Who helped me about a year when I was buying my iPhone. He’s so nice! Beautiful long dreads, and seriously the most kindest person I’ve ever met. He reset my phone, fixed something (he’s tech savvy, I am not lol) and took away all of my anxiety. It’s so nice to see someone a year later, it made me feel “more at home” and less like a number. If you have the chance, wait or ask for him! My ONLY complaint is WHYYYYYY are you still playing Christmas music in June?! Not only does it not make sense, but just what the he**?? PLEASE change the music! It’s annoying. I even asked that they turned it off. They’ve been playing this music since last year. Other than that, love this store, very helpful and really nice staff.

Josh at the Martinsburg AT&T store was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional agent. He helped us through the purchase of an upgraded phone for our son. He was also knowledgeable about the FirstNet program.

Very helpful ... phone was broke and they gave me all my options to get it fixed or replaced.

So I got a new phone in the mail due to my other one being shattered. Suppose to be shipped next day but waited 4 days for it. Then I finally got new phone and went to ALL 3 stores in hagerstown,MD and NO one would help me. They all refused. So I drove down to martinsburg, WV and Jordan was so fast to help me. As soon as I walked through door he was there to help. I told him what the other stores did and he couldn't believe it and apologized about it and went immediately to helping me set up new phone. I totally recommend him and this location!
