Most of the time my food is hot and fairly timely there are occasional experiences where it takes forever but considering it's part of iowa state dining my experience isn't too bad

Convenience store plus burgers, subs, wraps, and salads made to order. It also houses a full coffeeshop selling starbucks.

Has the BEST salads and bread bowls. Loved this place when I lived in Freddy Court.

Prices are a little high, but it's really just a convenience store for Freddy court residents and a place to get a hot meal. Fries are pretty good and the food in general is okay. There are better places to go, but it's convenient to walk to when I'm busy studying or don't feel like driving. Staff are great (I've never had a problem that couldn't be fixed). I guess some people just assume all college students are poor workers, when that's really not the case. And no one really plans to make a career out of being a convenience store worker or fast food clerk🤔.

I've only once been truly upset once. I ordered soup in bread bowl they ran out of bread bowls and wouldn't let me change my entree when they served it

Convenient. However cheeseburger blah. Salad small for price. Really hard to find, not marked entrance. No signage. Not good for traveling, hungry parents.

Occasional long waits. The meal numbers are not in order on the tv's. But it's got good food and meal bundles.

The food is okay, but more often than they will get your order wrong, and the convenience store is incredibly overpriced, charging 2 to 3 times as much for the same brand of products as other convenience stores would. 7 dollars for 2 rolls of toilet paper. Right.
