I found a squirrel call! I figured that would be a catalog-only kind of thing, but Theisen’s had it right there on the pegs!

Also found some dental chews for my dog so maybe my squirrel will make it through cleaning so the people can try it. 🙂

The cashier and all of the employees were friendly and attentive, as always. The popcorn was fresh, too!

Curiosity brought me through the doors and I was not disappointed! My first impression was a battery of garden tillers all in a row and ready for spring. Everything you need plus Baby Chicks and all the stuff to care for them.

BIG shout out to Jared who went out of his way to help us find a hat for my husband. He went and searched the back room and found us exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Jared!!

Theisen’s had all the puppy products we were looking for and the exact space heater we needed!

I shop for dogs and pet rats but always find so much more! Quality clothes, tools, and kitchen wares.

Large, clean, well maintained with large stock. Parking is temporarily a challenge with some roadwork being done. Overall a great place to shop.

Had sooo much fun here today. Bought so much candy and pop it's not even funny.

Friendly and helpful staff. Has a lot bigger selection of tools then expected.

This place is super fun place to go shopping for your business needs and also has plenty of stuff for your kids and outdoor projects as well. I would definitely suggest coming here for any farm equipment or work clothing that you might need.

I often shop here when I am in the Ames area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I needed to obtain a copy of a receipt from a purchase made over a week ago. Hannah was more than accommodating. She was prompt in contacting me once I made the request, expeditiously located a copy of the receipt and took the extra time to follow up after sending to make sure it had been received via e-mail. Thanks for the great customer service Hannah!

Good store for hardware, automotive oil, hydraulic fluids and so on but I also really like their cheap blue jeans and they often have good shoes on clearance.

After closing time a woman could have said " were closed" . The woman I talked to took time to look a product up and she said maybe I could call tomorrow morning.. Ames iowa store. May 18, great service. We were standing at the door she was locking

Helpful staff, good stock, clean store. Everything you want in a retail setting. Made a mistake taking payment from the friend I was with. Still giving 5 stars because mistakes happen but they handled it very well.

Excellent selection! Any store that gives its clientele free popcorn to eat while shopping is #1 with me!😉

Outstanding service Dave the farm area manager is getting us 9ea 100' rolls of 12.5 gage 2" x 4" 5ft or 60" tall wire fencing. Works very well to keep us informed on availability, status, and expected delivery date. Could not ask for more. Thank you very much.

They had what we needed at a reasonable price. A great place to get your kayak and supplies for summer fun. A good selection pet supplies and bird seed. Fresh popcorn is back😊

Great place to shop. They also have excellent free popcorn while you shop.
