Our service technician, Sean, was friendly. He was knowledgeable about the issues. Our issue was pretty significant and he helped address it. Sometimes when dealing with 60+ year old homes you just have to upgrade. From the picture you can see it is just time to pull the trigger.

Logan saves the day. Our water heater went out and they came the day of our call. He was so personable and efficient. He and his apprentice were so kind and respectful to our home and our dog, Waylon. This service and kindness is so appreciated and why we will continue our care with C & K

Sean arrived promptly on time and went right to work. After a quick assessment he had the new water heater installed and running, and did an excellent cleanup of the work area. Being an older generation mechanic, I was amazed with the equipment used for the install. Very simple, fast and clean! A big Thank You to Sean and C&K!

Luke was incredibly punctual, professional, communicative, and respectful of our home. He was very transparent about some issues he encountered while completing what we originally thought were going to be simple tasks. Mike was awesome! Very friendly & professional. He explained the process & then removed the ice build-up from the fresh air vent - even had to access the attic & climb on the roof! GREAT JOB!

Enjoyed the visit from C&K. They text when they are on their way, put shoe covers on to keep carpet clean, and were all around very professional. My technician Ethan was honest and laid back. Definitely a good experience. They did not try to sell me services I didn’t need like Golden Rule. I am signing up for C&K’s regular inspections.

Logan was very professional, timely and extremely personable. He got the new parts put into our old and tired furnace, so we have heat back again! We are very thankful. We will be getting ahold of them again, in a few years when we are ready to invest in a new furnace.

My wife and I have lived in our Nevada residence since 1982. We have had 2 people who have handled our plumbing needs during that time. After the passing of both of these individuals we found ourselves searching for a new business to handle our plumbing issues. I was familiar with the C&K name and the green vehicles that they have but we did not know anything about them. Trevor did an excellent and very professional job on our tankless water heater replacement - the old unit was pushing 20 years old and with the quality of installation I'm sure we'll see at least that much out of the new one. Thanks!

Josh came to our house in a near blizzard to fix our furnace. He found the part needed was available in town and had the furnace up and running in about 2 hours from the time he first arrived at our house. Highly recommended!

We had a unique situation where the water heater went out but it did not have an isolated shutoff so we had to shutoff the water to the whole house. It is the evening and the weekend and he got here and got it done in great time just in time for Christmas weekend. Thank you so much.
