Publix Super Market at Southgate Village

The store was clean and the shelves were full. The employees were helpful and friendly. All Publix stores are peaceful and pleasant to shop at, especially this store. I would love to have Publix in our hometown of Clanton, Alabama.

The employees are so friendly and helpful, the facility is nice, parking is generally available and the BOGO's are great.
I prefer the layout of this location over others as well.
*If you are happy with an employee, mention it to a manager and they get a free lunch.

I love shopping here but it’s a little pricey. I stick to the 2 for 1 deals to save money.

This was a quick stop for a few items. I always find this store to be clean, fast, and friendly! It is well-stocked and they always have interesting selections you don't find everywhere else.

I've not shopped at Publix a lot but I got a $50 gift card so I figured I'd use it, everyone was so friendly and helpful it was almost overwhelming lol but definitely in a good way!

As usual, this store has the best customer service, has products in stock and on shelves, and is clean to the extreme! I love Publics!

Customer service is on point. Better sales like bogo is great. Wish they had location in Detroit Michigan.

This cake was outstanding, honestly. It was the confetti cake with vanilla frosting and then there was this chocolate glaze and all the wonderful textures and flavors here! Like an indulgent sundae in cake form! The presentation had that WOW factor as well!

This Publix has excellent customer service! It is near my work so I have had the opportunity to visit this store often. The staff are friendly. Most recently, I called (on the day of) to request a special cake from the bakery. My call was promptly answered and forwarded to the bakery, and after reviewing the schedule for the day, they were happy to accommodate my request! The special birthday cake was a huge hit! Highly recommend.

Awesome experience. Store was clean good environment and nice friendly workers. My man back in the meat department and one of the managers stocking back there today on Wednesday April 5th 2023 were awesome and pointed me in the right direction to find what I needed. All around great experiences here.

Great service and good selection of foods. The deli has good box lunches, and Mrs. Beatrice is super nice and helpful 😊 The bakery also has great items, and staff is willing to make you and item if it's out stock, within reason. Checkout staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Highly-recommended!

Picked up a lunch plate there for my daughter who works nearby. Debra was friendly and efficient. Food is always A++++

Great Publix and great place to shop.
This one seems smaller than the average Publix, the staff all have amazing attitudes and their customer service is a 5 star.
I've been here a few times and so far I've never been disappointed.
