I purchased an unlocked phone online. It recognized my sim for call and texts but not anything else. I took it to one location and was told that the while the phone was unlocked, it was from a different carrier and would not be able to use the phone with cricket. I took it to Janet at this location and she fixed it in less than 5 minutes with a smile. She was so kind and so helpful and I would go out of my way to go back to her. Thanks Janet!
