The UPS Store

In 2022, I left a one-star review of this store because the previous owners were giving a masterclass in how to run a business into the ground. Fast forward to 2024, the store is under new management and has made a complete 180-degree turn for the good. The store is clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I look forward to coming back!

Before we went today we tried to avoid this place at all cost and would only go to it if it was necessary. Every time we went our visit was always met with a rude guy who was rude and not helpful at all. We went today after hearing about new ownership and we were impressed. The new owner was super friendly and knew what he was doing. This location was notorious for its “cigarette” smell but they have a huge air purifier now to combat it. They are also planning on removing carpet which is a huge improvement. I will 100% be returning to this location and I urge you if you have had a bad experience here or if you just need to ship something this is the right place to do it.

The new owners are friendly! I visited this store on Sunday, 11/19/23. I wanted to give a special kudos to Bianca, the worker that was there. She went above and beyond to handle a print job that took longer than expected. All customer service is not lost and I really appreciate her kindness and efforts to get the job done. Thank you so much!

I used to hate coming to this UPS store because the guy in charge was extremely rude but thankfully there’s a new owner now. The star rating needs to change for this UPS store because after new management took over this is a completely new place. Everything is nice and neat, the store smells great and the customer service is amazing. Hopefully we can make it go from 2 stars to 5!

The staff at this location has been courteous & perform their duties adequately. That wasn't always the case. Do I detect a change in owner? If yes, keep up the good work!

The new owner Colby has really made a difference in the store. I can tell a huge difference in the smoke smell. The staff are friendly and helpful with all of our shipping needs.

The guy that helped me was very nice, and was very helpful. He showed me the best option to send my package, and it was an awesome experience!

Lacie exemplified what true Customer Service should be as an individual. Professional, polite & went out of her way to assist me for a return for an Amazon package. Took total ownership as if it was her store. Most people don’t do that anymore. I made it a point to return to the store so I could include her name. Highly recommend this location.

The new owners of this UPS location have restored my faith in the UPS Brand. Bravo for taking corrective measures and replacing the old owners with the new owners. This place has completely turned itself around (Yes, THE Notorious UPS Store on Helena Road in Pelham, AL). August 2023

ENJOY THE BOX....

This store used to be horrible, but ever since it was put under new management, it has been SO much better. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They've also improved the air quality, and I'm not drowning in cigar smoke anymore. It smells like a normal store. Very pleased with these improvements and am happy to use this location now!

I experienced no problems during my visit and was treated with courtesy and respect.

After they have changed, the indian owners this place is actually really good now. The place is actually clean air-conditioned smells very fresh. Most importantly, customer service is amazing i highly recommend this place

I’ve had no issues from this location. Everyone complains about a cigarette smell, but what do you expect when there’s a cigar shop next door?

Keagan is awesome! And Lacey is super sweet!!! New workers are great!
