Our wait time was minimal before we were escorted to our table. Our dining experience was exceptional as always. Great service and great food!

I made reservations at 3:15 to get there and had to wait another 10-15 mins. They told us we could go to the bar and they would come get us when our table is ready. Long story short, they didn’t. On the other hand everything else was fine, the spinach and crab dip was sooo good! The purple voodoo I dont recommend, it taste like watered down grape juice. Our waiter was lovely! She recommended another drink and it did the job!

I could believe this was a chain restaurant, it was the best Cajun food I've had, and I've been to New Orleans several times. I said what I said. I had the shrimp and grits and I'll be dreaming of it for a long time. Absolutely adorable atmosphere and very attentive staff. I'll be coming back for more!

We had the most wonderful waitress Divina that took such wonderful care of us! The food was amazing, oysters are a must have!!!!! Will definitely be back!

The place was packed due to it being Christmas Eve, the the hostess was nice enough to find me a seat at the bar. I ordered the fried alligator and Cajun blackened catfish with red beans and rice. It was delicious 😋. The alligator wasn't tough and the catfish was seasoned to perfection. But what finished the meal off was the drink, Swamp Thing! When I say it was almost too beautiful to drink, but delicious all at the same time!! The alcohol was not overbearing but it was not too fruity either. Yeah, I got a few brain freezes from it being so cold, but It was worth it. All of it was worth it. Nice people, pleasant atmosphere, clean, great food and drinks. I shall return soon. 😌

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the outstanding service we received! We always look forward coming to the HAM💯 Our waitress was Ke-Ke and server was Falencia! The service was FANTASTIC, the food was GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTT/HOT, the “SWAMP THING” is always on point and much needed! Hands down👐🏽 The drive was well worth it and can’t wait to come back veryyyyyyyyyy SOON!

Great service and food. A positive atmosphere clean resbrooms. And just a great overall positive experience being at this restaurant.

Great family time! Celebrating the birthday of my great niece, Sweet Pea. Our waiter, Crosby, was the best! The food was awesome! And that Swampthing....Delicious!

The food was excellent and nice quality. Very nice service, However I wish they would bring the crab cakes back.

Great dining experience. Zachary is an amazing host & even carried balloons and went out of his way to accommodate our group. Aarika was so nice and she was a sweet manager who made things happen for our table. I love people who go overboard to provide great customer service. We had a large group of 12… our waitress Serena did a wonderful job with a smile. The rainbow trout was everything & melts in your mouth 🥰

Everything was at a high level! Looking forward to returning. I ordered the fried seafood platter and my husband ordered crispy alligator and seared grouper.

The server for the section where we were seated actually quit mid-shift before coming to greet us, so a lovely trainer/ bartender waited on us and provided superior service! The food was worth the drive from Jackson, Mississippi as I have done several times before.

Pappadeaux is by far one of my favorite cajun seafood chains. I have not been disappointed yet. I have frequented the location in Texas and Atlanta several times. However, I decided to take my mother here on a mother-daughter date. You can tell from the pictures that she enjoyed herself. ;-) The drinks were incredible, and the food was top-notch. Our waitress was exceptional and went out of her way to ensure that our food was made to order. I had the blackened red snapper, and my mother had the trout. We also had the calamari for an appetizer, which was delicious. We will definitely be back again.

As far as service, I wish I could give Gavin 20 stars! He was the best waiter I've ever had. He was so good that he was placing our drink orders for us and we loved every suggestion. We were in a large group and he handled us effortlessly. The food was good but the service was the star of the night. Shay at the bar was very attentive and quick with filling our orders as well.

I hadn't eaten here in so long. I just relocated to Alabama, so I decided to go with a friend. And MAN! They did not disappoint! Everything was great! Even had gator bites as an appetizer. Just forgot to take a pic. But I will definitely be back. Was crowded the day we went, but also was the weekend. The wait wasn't long at all though.

The food and service was excellent. Ms Cherie was a great waitress. She made great suggestions and took great care of us. The shrimp and crawfish fondeaux was excellent. The red snapper Pontchartrain and rainbow trout was excellent. My son said the chicken tenders and fries were great too! He said two thumbs up!

Been here on multiple occasions. They haven't missed yet when it comes to the dishes, it always taste amazing. One of the best creme brulee around. Staff depending on the manager can be up and down if you know what I mean🤷🏾‍♂ tip good and service will be exceptional.🤫😉
