Texas Roadhouse

On leap day we decided to try this restaurant. I used the online check in to add us to the waiting list and then left the house. By using this method our wait time was 15 minutes versus 30-45 for those walking up to hostess to check in. We were seated in a spacious booth with a bowl of warm bread with cinnamon butter. Eric our server was there in flash to take our drink order and allow us to look over the menu. I ordered the Roadkill which is covered with jack cheese in addition to mushrooms and onions that have been roasted to perfection with a side of corn and rice. The side dishes are a difficult choice as there is so many good items to choose from. My wife kept it simple with a side salad and a loaded baked potato. The baked potato was large enough to share with a generous amount of toppings. Everything was excellent and we will be back to try something new from their menu in the future.

Wow, it was an hour waiting to be seated. Was full. Me and my friends seated at the bar that was empty, and the service was fast, considering that it was packed. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The servers were very nice.

It was good. I had chicken fried sirloin. Fries and corn. It was delicious. It was way bigger than I thought. It was seasoned to perfection. Our server Jose, it was good second day and he did an outstanding job. We were very pleased.

I'm super impressed with the service we received on our to go order. We did the family meal. They're 4 of us and we still had food for days. Everything was fresh and tasty. It was easy to order on line and as soon as I pulled up it was ready and they brought it right out. We will definitely be ordering again.

Everything was fire! It was my 1st time ever eating from a Texas roadhouse, and it didn't disappoint! I got the ft worth ribeye with a loaded baked potato and my wife got the NY Strip with the loaded potato. The blooming onion was good as well

Service was fantastic, the waiters were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great.

Even though they were pretty busy, they still got us seated quickly and it wasn’t long before our food was ordered and served. The fried catfish was some of the best that I’ve eaten and the 16 ounce sirloin steak was cooked exactly as I ordered, medium. Food was delicious, service was prompt and we will certainly be back!

Came here with a friend and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was really good also. And drinks were Strong! Even though I didn't get a pic. Will get one next time, because will definitely be back!

Have you ever wonder what heaven tasted like? Has your mouth ever watered for some meat but you just couldn’t decide which meat? Has the sound of BBQ got your pants in a bind? Well, look no further. Texas Roadhouse, specifically the Pelham location has got you covered. Holy moly, I have been to THE Roadhouse at least 30 times over years, I finally got the BBQ ribs on my last trip and I can safely say that my tastebuds have never recovered. What do your tastebuds think about while you’re eating bland fast food? Well, mine always dream of the best ribs I’ve had. Texas Roadhouse ribs! If you’ve never been, go! If you have been but not had the ribs, get them immediately so that your when your done, you’ll be like, yeah, that guy on google was right!

Best place I have eaten in years! It's not fancy and pretentious. The food was amazing. Prices are comparable to the same style restaurants. I only wish there was one closer to me! This was an awesome treat!

Visited on 11/26/23 party of 5 . Service was fast and food was hot and tasty. No problems with drinks or service. Plenty of parking at 6 pm.

We arrived Around 5:30 expecting to find a light crowd for dinner however the place was packed. We had a short wait and then taken directly to our table. Our server was very attentive and quick to take our order. She brought out her drinks and within 5 to 10 minutes food was on the table. The steaks were cooked to order, extremely tender and flavorful. My baked potato had an abundance of toppings and was delicious. Throughout our time eating the server checked on us on numerous occasions assuring that we had everything we needed and refilling our glasses every time she passed. This is not the first time I’ve been to this location, each time the food was delicious and the service is great. I highly recommend this location to anyone and look forward to when I can return myself for another great meal.

This place was awesome! The ribs and steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection 😋! The margaritas were soooo good. The waiter was very attentive and on top of everything. The only negative was we had about an hour wait before we were seated. However, this was dinnertime on a Sunday. I didn't take a star off for that because it was dinnertime on a weekend. So, overall, I highly recommend this place!

The wait was long but worth it. We had a part of6 so it was expected. My first Texas Roadhouse experience and the staff was great. The food was amazing and the price point was great as well. I will definitely go back to this location. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend for a chain steakhouse.

Had about a 30 minute wait. Larry, our server, was spot on! Friendly, personable and never let us run out of drinks!! Our steak was a little dry, but delicious!! Had a yummy meal and would definitely return! Mango margarita is a must!!

This was the first time going to Texas Roadhouse. We drove almost 50 minutes to get there. It was a Saturday at 4:30 and already a 40 minute wait. I was shocked. But that shows how great this restaurant is. I felt so bad for the hardworking crew because they had to endure all of the chaos with people coming in and out, blocking so many places and having to maneuver to get the fresh rolls. I was surprised at where the rolls pick up was right where all the people were standing to get to the host desk. The servers were so kind. Everyone , and I mean EVERYONE that we encountered or interacted with were amazingly nice and smiling and polite. I felt like I was blocking servers everywhere and they were extremely patient. The managers on the floor were great. One lady with a neon green top was at the bar, busting her butt, then zooming around on the floor, and working on one computer. The other manager (Katie? Please forgive me if I got that wrong) had a bright blue top on and she was also amazing. Paris was our server (hot potato) and she was a Rockstar. Paris was the best server we’ve ever had at restaurants. She answered all of our questions and was very patient with me. She was very attentive and kept our drinks full. She was always smiling and checking to see if we needed anything. I had an issue with a drink and they were quick to resolve it. Paris was working so hard to give everyone the best service. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. The food was excellent. We can’t wait to go back and I’ll always request for Paris to help us again. Completely satisfied 💗

The bread with cinnamon butter is delicious, definitely a must. Also the steak is good but the ribs are better, so tasty.
The service is incredible, they're really nice at all times.
I just didn't like that the floor was sticky.

They're amazing. Love going here and love that they supported the 2024 Faith Igniting Young Adults Conference at Dayspring Church in Pelham. They're a great group of folks and the food is always on point. I'm a forever customer.

The service was top knotch. Our server was very friendly and she stayed coming to see if we needed anything. Oh my Goodness my food was Delicious from start with the Rolls and Salad , To Finish with my Ribeye Steak and loaded potatoes. I'm so glad I chose to visit today because we were seated right away the food was hot and delicious. Even though I had a Gift Card I would have paid regular price for the Quality. Will be coming back soon.

Came in on a busy Sunday, and if you’ve worked in food service before you know how it gets. Jackson was a great server and made sure we were happy the whole time. It was a good time other than the fact my Invisalign got thrown away 😭 RIP
