I cannot express how thankful I am for all of the staff at Grandview Medical! A private room was ready for me as soon as I arrived, went straight back to surgery where the kindest surgical team and doctors were available to answer any questions or concerns prior to and post operation. The nurses that were assigned to my room were professional, attentive to any needs and treated me with such southern hospitality until I was discharged. Thank you so very much for making such a quick and emergency surgery as comforting as possible.

I had a hip replacement surgery in Grandview hospital and had to stay the night. The staff at this hospital are super friendly and very professional. The food was really good too. I was very comfortable considering I had just had surgery. They made sure I wasn’t in any pain. Thank you to all the staff members that took great care of me.

Overall very very good. Dr. Kenny Murray was excellent. Food was good. All nurses and others encountered were great. Only complaint would be that while I was there for nearly two weeks the bath room was only really cleaned once - the day I was discharging. I was in 821.

Very blunt and direct staff. Service was great. Move me in and out no complaints!! Dr. Timothy Lee has to be one of the best heart doctors in the area. He listens and explains so you can understand. Very difficult to find a heart doctor with a caring heart, does not look at you as a number.

Our experience, from beginning has been very good. Employees have been professional and courteous. The seating area w is functional as well as clean. The nursing staff is punctual an friendly. I’d be pleased to recommend Grandview to anyone in need of medical services.

This was my first time having a surgery here and I was so impressed with the quality of care I received. The surgical team was exceptional, and my nurses, Chris and Lindsey, took care of me better than I could have hoped for during my stay in the hospital. I had to drive here from out of town, but it was worth the drive. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

When I entered the emergency room from there to begin admit in the hospital with covid and the flu the nurses, doctors and PCT was outstanding. I was in the hospital 10 days and the care I received was unbelievable. Grandview is the best. I wish I could call everybody by name I will be forever thankful. Room 838.

Dr. Christopher is an amazing doctor, the way he cares for his patients is exceptional. He performed surgery on my husband and myself and I cannot tell you enough of how much I will forever be grateful, first with God for bringing him in to our path, and second with Dr. Christopher for being a vessel to help save my husband's life. I had no doubt to put my life in his hands for my surgery because his love and passion for what he does is well noticed. Thank you doctor Christopher, for your excellence, love and passion in your profession! The nurses were super nice and attentive.

Hands down, my time at Grandview Medical Center was the best hospital experience I have ever had, and I have had many. From the time I walked in till I left, these people could not have been any kinder or more attentive, not only to me but also to my daughter. Everyone introduced themselves, stayed focused on helping me feel better, made sure my daughter and I were fully informed, answered questions, and generally showed a profound care for me and my experience. I went into the surgery relaxed and ready to do my part toward getting better. I especially enjoyed getting to meet everyone around me. I have never found a hospital or staff so focused on making the best of a bad situation. If I ever have to return to a hospital, it's well worth the extra time and energy to return to Grandview.

Although I do not remember every nurse/ staff names my stay at Grandview was nothing short of outstanding. They made me feel at ease prior to, during and after surgery and showed they truly cared about my health, comfort and safety. I had a lot of great conversations and laughter with all of them. After all laughter is the best medicine! I am a disabled veteran and hopefully I would never need surgery again but if I do I would select doctors who use or work in the Grandview hospital for my treatment. I do remember Misty since she was my discharge nurse. She ensured my discharge went smoothly and we had some laughs as she was pushing me out to my wife’s car.

Everyone I met at Grandview were so personable and happily helpful. It almost seems like they're happy to be at work. From the front main desk in the entrance, to registration, PAT, techs, nurses, anesthesiologist, and the doctor. There was one guy that stands out. He helped me after the surgery and then wheeled me out to my husband. He was so nice, compassionate, and explained every single step to the fullest. Great guy!!

First time surgery here. EVERYONE and EVERYTHING was awesome. Thank you all so much for your kindness and support during my stay (I'm still here now) Listening to how the staff communicate with each other is such a pleasure. No Loud talking and cursing. Introductions of the next staff is definitely a plus. Thank you again for exhibiting such professionalism.

Very clean, nurses were cheerful and staff was polite. It appeared they loved their job. Dr Christein and anesthesia were very reassuring. I would definitely return to this hospital.

I have never gone into a doctor/patient relationship whereas it was being looked forward to. Grandview wound care center is top tier. The receptionist is a sweetheart, the nurses are all great. They have a very challenging job every day and they do it with a smile. Thanks for taking such good care of me. Dr. Bishop is heaven sent. He greets you with a smile and leaves you with a smile. These people really care. It's the most pleasant patient care environment I've ever been involved with. I'm going to actually miss my Thursday morning visits. God bless you all.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. Having surgery is always scary whether it’s a serious surgery or a minor procedure. Being out to sleep is a bit nerve wracking. Everything from check-in to discharge was seamless and calming. Thank you Grandview!

Very friendly. Yes you have to wait a little bit but the services and the comfort of the staff is unmatched anywhere I have been. My surgery went great and I feel amazing. ( spinal fusion ). Dr Spain Hodges has performed two spinal fusions on my back. Great down to earth straight forward surgeon with a great staff. Highly recommend for anyone in need of orthopedic help.

I could not have had a better experience and care. My procedure went well and thus far have had no complications. So thankful for the expertise of my doctor who explained the procedure and answered my questions. My nurse was an angel who continually kept a watchful eye on me during recovery.

I had a very pleasant stay while I was in Granview. Meals were excellent and staff was very kind and prompt. I couldn't ask for a better experience. A beautiful facility as well. I posted pictures of just how blessed I was of my rooms size, my corner room view was amazing and of my meals. I probably boasted too much of the whole stay, step by step. Other than the further distance I wouldn't change anything. Thank you for making my recovery less stressful and much easier to accomplish.

Top notch facility. The BEST EXPERIENCE and customer ( patient ) experience I have ever had. I was treated like royalty from the moment we came through the door. The admission desk lady and the check in girls were top notch. Several nurses helped and were great. I remember Cheyenne RN was great. Actually can’t wait to have to come back and get another back block.

It is a wonderful place. They are very compassionate people very professional, people and friendly people. I love the facilities of the hospital and especially the physicians tower and the new cardiac unit building. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience for me. I’ve been going to Grandview since 2019 I had a very bad stroke, they were most helpful. I’ve been in therapy also broke my shoulder so in since 2019 I’ve used them very regularly kudos to the physical therapy department that got me back walking touching and feeling. Thank you very very much much for this wonderful facility.
