Felt awful coming into the store late with just one hour left before the store closed. However, I was treated with patience and kindness during my visit. My phone had broke on a work trip and after a bad experience at a different store, 3 days of confusing back and forth/hours on the phone with the call center, this location was able to set me up with a new phone. They were beyond helpful with the process of setting up the device, answering questions on costs, protection plans, and what to do with my broken device.

Stopped in the Verizon store on Lincoln, across from McDonald's. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted with a friendly voice and face. Bobby couldn't have been more helpful. He's so knowledgeable and goes out of his way to educate his customers. As I was waiting for my cell to transfer to my new one, I overhead Bobby find the best deals for one customer and helped another figure her phone out. He was polite, patient, and so upbeat it was contagious!
If you need anything Verizon related, go to the Charleston Verizon Store on Lincoln Avenue. You won't be disappointed.

After a poor prepaid phone support experience, DJ stepped up and solved our issue. It took over an hour, but DJ was patient, positive, and never once acted annoyed. He did more than we asked and made sure we left happy. Very great experience!

She was very good at her job there was a pain in the butt in there being my girlfriend lol God I love her anyway . Rachel not only was working on us there was several other costumes in the store that she very responsible help as well hat off to this young lady.

Loved the employees very nice awesome sense of personality excellent team of two . I was just with my sister whipe she was getting her upgrade and I was astounded with the work ethic of them both even with one of them still learning the ropes and being trained . Manager went out of her way to accommodate me by getting me a loaner phone (my screen had gone out) while I waited for my new phone to arrive. Sales person who helped me once my phone arrived was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

I went to the store to purchase a case for my new cell phone. This was the third store I stopped at. Tiffany was helpful, knowledgeable and gave me GREAT customer service. I left the store with the installed glass screen protector and case.

I've been a Verizon customer for two decades. In recent years I've had a hard time finding proper help when I had issue regarding the phones on my plan. It's a relief to finally find someone willing to help as much as Tiffany does. Thank you, Tiffany!

We were in town from out of state and needed a mifi device while in town for Christmas. Tiffany Bridges took excellent care of us and helped us pick out our device and activate it.
The device had problems charging. I talked with Tiffany the day after the holiday and she said bring it in and she'd replace it. We did and she did, with no issues. The new device is working great. If I'm ever in town and need Verizon service again, I'll definitely come back to the Wireless Store in Charleston.

Was greeted upon entry and the lady, Tiffany, was nice and quick with my purchase of an accessory! She made sure to inform me of the lifetime warranty. 🙂

Visited your store in Charleston today looking for a phone. Larry helped me out, sold me the 9 note, other box, and screen protector. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job.

Awesome place to get your new phone and accessories. The lady that helped me was awesome. Definitely a better Verizon store than the one in Mattoon.
