How could you rate a church poorly? However, that being said, the speaker system was WAY too loud. The priest voice was echoing throughout the church making it hard to understand. I think he likes listening to his own voice.

This is the church that my husband grew up going to so it was nice to attend mass here when we were visiting his family a couple of weekends ago. I was very impressed with the sermon at the 9:30 am mass and the message is still resonating with me a couple of weeks later. Seemed like a welcoming church also!

Wonderful staff of both priests and clerical assistants. Make you feel very welcomed and spiritually directed. Masses and Rosary with Divine Mercy chaplet offered everyday online and sign-up for weekend masses also offered.

Very Friendly. Just say, Hi and get a few Hi's back. Great place to worship our God. Many, many ministries that you can get involved in or some ministries that may be able to help your family (if in need) .

Has a great school with blue ribbon awards.

Many mass schedules including a 5 pm mass on Sat and Sunday. Sunday mass at 5pm has more upbeat music with guitar ! Geared for teens. Wow, get more youth involvement.

Church is very involved with the Oak Forest community.

Our priests are kind and understanding. Our parish takes care of those in need and reaches out to those who cannot make it to church or need help and assistance. Come and make St. Damian you spiritual home.

Lost my Uncle Jay and had funeral services at St Damian Catholic Catholic Church.. Great place to have service! RIP TO JAY MCGIVNEY!! LOVE YOU JAY
