Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in 5 yrs. It was so good. I got the grilled chicken with Mac n cheese and green beans. Loved it. The chicken was seasoned just right. Our server was super nice and friendly. And they had alcohol 🍷 Very clean and they had a real fireplace lit 🔥 Of course we shopped! So many cute gifts 🎁

The rainbow trout was cooked to perfection! The maple bacon grilled chicken was juicy and soooo good!

My waiter-Chase was engaging, kind, and delivered the best customer service! So many people complain about young people; however, this young man was a pure example of how to deliver! Thank you!

The fireplace was needed on such a cold winter day! We sat perfectly across from it!

The overall experience is simply worth coming back over and over again!

My buddy and I stopped fir breakfast and had a very nice young lady for a server. She was attentive and pleasant. Also made sure the coffee was topped off.

We love Cracker Barrel! Our favorite one to go to is in Joliet IL. They always serve us in a timely fashion and get our food out and hot. Their shop is our favorite to look at before or after we eat. They had an item on the shelf that we wanted to buy and they marked it down even more for us because it was the last one and it didn’t have a box. It’s the little things! Thank you so much!

Drove 1hr to the restaurant to meet with a new acquaintance because it was close to an Interstate exit. Easy access, waitress very accommodating and made items suggestions and was agreeable to vary the meal . Since this was a date night the waitress agreed to “ignore us until we were ready to order.” Good food. Good service, good price. We had a good time . For two people in their 70’s we appreciated the quiet so we could talk. Arrived approx 2:00 pm on a Sunday.

I can't believe I have heard this restaurant so many times from my friends for years and never get to try. The food is delish and prices are extremely cheap. Their Roast Beef was super soft and the gravy on top adds more flavor to it . I heard that their chicken and Dumpling dish is super popular but I didn't care much ,to me it was missing flavors big time. Atmosphere of this restaurant is cool , the little board game they put on every table is fun , I even purchased one for my kids . I would definitely visit this restaurant again .

We recently visited, and they must have a new kitchen staff. The food was excellent!! We've always enjoyed their food, but it really has improved. My hubbie loved the grits! Service great, friendly. Will return!!

Brought my family here for a lovely breakfast on Tuesday. Food and service was outstanding. Had sooo much fun in the gift shop. Lauren, the retail manager and her staff were all so professional, friendly and went out of their way to help us find lovely gifts. They were more than accommodating to help my family and I all around the gift shop. We had a blast!! Best experience ever !!

I went to craker barrel 11/18/23 the first thing I noticed was the lady I believe name was Sheila she was the most polite and pleasant person I had seen in a very long time absolutely the best! Then the very nice waitress very young lady and she was absolutely just as kind. She made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent and so was the atmosphere. I will return in the future!!

Our server Jenny (jennifer b) was super nice super helpful, but the lady working the front desk named Kelsey was spectacular. She helped us with an issue with our gift card and was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. we checked out just a few minutes before close, and she had a huge smile on her face and was so fun. Super amazing service. Super great experience.

If you need comfort food they have it. Cracker Barrel has a wonderful arrangement of menu items that everyone will enjoy. The cost and the quality are worth it just look at the photos we posted. Excellent food and service. Will go there again.

I just ordered 4 sides of greens with cornbread, and those turnip greens taste so good. I'll be back on Thursday to get 4 orders if turkey dressing. The food is phenomenal, and the service was awesome. The people were very nice and attentive and made sure I didn't wait too long for my to go order. Very happy customer. I didn't take pictures of the greens bit here. I am an extremely happy customer.

I heart shopping at Cracker Barrel. I am there every other week buying frozen bacon and the old fashioned gum. I also buy other items. Everything I have bought there is excellent quality. The staff is always so nice and the atmosphere is tops. Thanks for hanging on, Cracker Barrel, in these challenging times.

I listed $30 - $50 spend it per person, and I was just talking about our meals. You can't leave the restaurant without buying something beautiful from their Country Store, is just magnificent! The very moment we walked into the store, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful, everything was awesome!

It’s a visit every Sunday, sometimes Saturday mornings as well. Sometimes a dinner stop on weekdays.

Service is never an issue, even when the dining room is packed, the service doesn’t drop a beat.

Have never left a Cracker Barrel unhappy because of the food or service

Biscuit Benny is an absolute win, had a very nice server as well, didn’t make me wait on the receipt.

Needed a family meal for NYE dinner. Called to place order. They verified with the kitchen they had enough to accommodate at family meal. My order was ready when advised and it was correct. Greatly appreciated not having to cook on the holiday! Thank you.

Never went to cracker barrel before in my life. They are such a great environment to eat. I didn't shop at the country store. I sat and ate southern fried chicken, fried okra, and fresh seasonal fruit.

Everything was tasty although the green beans tasted can. Crackle barrel has never disappointed. Our server was young but determined. He was kind and attentive. Everything was great. One of favs are the dumplings.

My husband ordered the 'Meat lovers breakfast & I ordered the 'New Bacon and Cheese Casserole', & it all came with a small bowl of grits, and small bowl of gravy with biscuits, pluse a Sweet Tea and Coke to drink
Very good service, especially being short handed our waitress was on top of every table. Did a great job!! ❤❤❤
