Hollywood Casino & Hotel Joliet

Had a good time at the casino! It was my Sweetie's birthday. He loves playing the Buffalo machines. We always win on that one! Although we were in town for a love-one's funeral, we were able to squeeze a little extra curricula activity in! Beautiful scenary, by the way!

I went two days in a row this last week didn’t hit big yet but been walking out positive

Nice place..never won anything but they have good wings..and semi parking for overnight and very clean bathrooms.

Just visited the casino. It was a nice place. Just be prepared to lose your money. We set a budget of $25, and my wife played for a while. It was fun, but you're not coming out with the jackpot. LoL

We had a party at the Final Cut Steak House, very last minute. Cynthia made the arrangements for us to make it happen. Elizabeth our bartender and server was a rock star. We expected 25 and 40 people showed up. She took care of everything and everyone. It was a perfect event and it was because of these 2 wonderful ladies! Big thank you to the Chef who made AMAZING food!

There's two levels I loved it they have a wonderful little ace to get sandwiches n different things.. also great staff. There variety on games is wonderful something for everyone and lots of table games.. they are not a 24/7 but it's a nice place if you like the sports betting you'll love it here they have the biggest screen I've ever seen in real life along with lots of others all on a designated area just for that very nice . Yeah I advise to go and have fun.

Great casino. Never had an issue with staff or other patrons. The buffet could have been a bit better but I should not be eating there in the first place lol.
Need to ask, why does this casino not say things like what the gift cards are like the Aurora?

Wonderful! And the fact there is NO Smoking, get an A+ from me and my friends and family who met me there. Having the smoking section totally away from the gaming floor is magnificent!

Picked a great day to gamble. Friendly staff.

Workers are friendly. Bathrooms are clean and they have soda fountains. Very convenient.

I didn't stay at the hotel. The casino was very clean and service was fantastic. The machines were hot and we had a great meal in the sports bar area. Very pleased with the whole experience, definitely highly recommend this casino.

We spent a little over an hour playing slots. There were very few people, and the facility is accommodating yet small.

Friendly and non-intrusive staff. A lot of casinos, i feel like security is over my shoulder. I can only assume because i walk around a lot until i get a lucky feeling. But this casino, i dont feel like security is 2 steps behind me watching my every move.

Great facility. Lost 1k on slots 1st night, but the machines let me play. Just straight losing is not fun.

Hit a $3500 jackpot next day. All worked out.

What made this experience great...is the people that work here....only one person out of the 6 or 7 staff that we encountered, was a jerk (bartender at 99hops bar and grill in the casino.)Starting with the front desk, Aaron, who helped us with our new customer rewards was, kind, patient, helpful and treated us like we were friends. Jennifer D., very professional, so well dressed and put together, who was the manager at 99hops, listened to my complaints about the bartender, (who was the polar opposite of the rest of the staff, not nice at all!)Jennifer personally took care of our dissatisfaction and was genuinely interested in our experience being a good one. This is management that gets it! Happy customers are repeat customers! We will definitely be back! Also a shout out to James S. our busboy....excellent job of taking care of our table and answering our questions about the place with good info that made our visit more interesting. Great guy! And of course, our wonderful waitress, Danielle....we got lucky having her taking care of us. She is an outstanding waitress, especially since the bartender was such a jerk. She sure did make up for her co-worker's (bartender)lack of courtesy by providing excellent service and was kind and attentive. Thank you Danielle. And again, thanks to the management, Jennifer for going above and beyond to handle our bad experience with the bartender and make our visit a great one! ❤❤❤
