AMC New Lenox 14

My local theater, so I visit regularly. Pleasant, friendly staff. Standard concession counter. Quick service. I believe all but the IMAX are stadium recliner seating. These are comfortable chairs with plenty of leg room.

I had an issue with my Rewards account, stopped in on a Saturday to see if they could help. The General Mgr Ryan and his assistant Stefanie went above and beyond to get it fixed. Most places won't help at all, and will simply tell you to call an 800 # or go to their website for any issues with their APP or Rewards program. Stefanie and Ryan worked with me for a fair amount of time, and even gave me their contact info in case there were any other issues once I had left. Thanks to their excellent customer service, everything is now working correctly ... thank you both!

Love, love, love! Everyone is so nice and accommodating! We really enjoy using the A List feature in the winter months and even our service dog loves coming at least once a week! Keep up the great work Team AMC New Lenox!

It was fabulous. It was accountable to me being handicapped. The walk to the theater was unbelievable.

This is our new place to see movies. It's close to us, we go on 80 to Maple and we're there. We've seen, Sound of Freedom, excellent movie, Hill, excellent show and today we're going to Equalizer 3 at 1:45. Tickets are $8.49 for matinee and a couple bucks more for other times. They offer both regular screen and IMAX, which you pay more for. We love it, and will join for more discounts.👍

We had terrific seats. Sound was very good. Snacks and drinks were delivered to us in our seats.

I like this one. A bit obscure to get there but this is a very nice, well-kept theatre. Reclining seats you reserve and wide aisles. I will definitely come back to watch more movies at this location.

Love this AMC location! It's worth the 30 minute drive! I love to come here for the relaxing vibe,reclining seats,friendly staff and to have the option of a Bar with alcoholic beverages is top tier!

I have loved movies since i was child. Star wars, the rocky movies, ET… it was always a hood memory. As i grew older this just compounded. I have found a home with AMC. I belong to their premier club for points and discounts. It is a small fee a year and i have paid for movies AND snacks with my vouchers. The loungers are comfy, and the IMAX is amazing ( remember possible ear plugs for anything from Nolan while there )
The food is on point every time, and they have a Coke Freestyle machine for drinks. They clean pretty well for size and staffing, and the place usually is run quickly. Plus, as a anime fan i can watch limited showings they have. All in all, this is a great place to go and catch the magic of the silver screen.

We had a great experience at this theater. Our tickets were purchased in advance, so we rolled right in with no problem and no waiting. The theater was clean, it had reclining chairs, great sound, and they had a variety of food to order from. All in all a great AMC theater experience. We will definitely return to watch more movies here. ☺.

There's plenty of parking and AMC is clean. The seats are very comfortable to enjoy the movie. It's very easy to book your seat in advance. The popcorn is great and I like that they have a rewards program.

They also have a full-service bar if you would like to enjoy a beverage.
