I had to bring my father to emergency room. He was well taken care of.
The intake nurse was wonderful it was a man. Then Nurse Janet jumped into action , she was so knowledgeable to everything my dad needed above & beyond ,without my mom & I having to ask . Her bed side manner was so sincere and the doctor was super attentive ,validated all our concerns and got my senior father admitted. Other hospitals in Elgin just leave you feeling abandoned, not cared for or even seen. My dad is getting well taken care of at St Joes. Thank you for having a wonderful professional and SINCERE Staff of Doctors & Nurses

Alfonso from the physical therapy department was very nice. He did very good in trying to translate English to spanish for my husband. The receptionist was also very nice and professional.

I'm so comfortable at St Joes. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. You don't get that cold feeling of being treated.
