Maddox Dentistry

Met Rachel today---she is great. Also, Tavia, whom I saw six months ago was very good, too but was not in this day. Both are excellent communicators and make you feel at ease. And, the entire staff is very friendly! Makes going to the dentist a welcoming experience.

My first time with Rachael. She did an excellent job and was very gentle. A very strong addition to your staff. Always enjoy my visits with you. You make everyone feel welcome. And now Leo is an extra treat.

I came in today with extreme sensitivity to cold. I needed a root canal, but time did not permit it. Dr. Maddox performed a partial root canal that had some horrible sounding name. It was absolutely pain free from start to finish. He warned that I may be sore for a few days but take Tylenol as needed. I took Tylenol at the office and forgot to take it again. I have not had a single moment of discomfort. I would not go to another dentist if that dentist were free!

I used to hate going to the dentist before I found Dr. Maddox. But he's the greatest, the hygienist, Rachel was friendly and thorough, and the receptionist Becky is always smiling and helpful.

Dr. Maddox and his team are wonderful, especially Marie! They are kind, professional and very experienced. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new dental practice.

Update: Took my daughter with me to my dental appt and they were so wonderful with her! She is now excited to see the dentist herself!

Dr Maddox and his staff are great with kids. He takes plenty of time to explain to my kids how to care for their teeth during each visit. The kids love coming to Dr Maddox office and getting a toy and writing their name on the no-cavity mirror! We are seen very quickly after we arrive.

Dr.Maddox and his team are great! Always on time, very professional, yet you can tell they all work together well and have fun too. Wonderful atmosphere. Dr. Maddox and hygienists always makes sure there is no pain involved- Bonus!!

Dr. Maddox and his team give exceptional customer service, quality dentistry, and an overall positive and fun experience.
What I especially like about Dr. Maddox is his honest approach to what services really need to be done and informing me of the options and risks. This, to me as a very patient first approach. I'd recommend him to any individual or family looking for a dentist.

Two visits in two days, first for x-rays and a cleaning, then repair of a cavity and replacement of a crown with a cavity underneath on the second day. The usual excellent work by his hygienist and then by Dr. Maddox on the cavities and crown. Highly recommended for all you dental needs.

3/27/2023: Dental cleaning and checkup. New (for me) hygienist. All went well except for a small cavity which will be treated next week. Bonus: Leo the rescue dog is now in residence. A great addition to the office.

4/25/2024: Went in to have a crown replaced and a cavity filled. It was done relatively quickly (I had to wait about 20 minutes for the new crown to harden in an on-site oven). Otherwise the work was done efficiently and right. Best of all, Leo honored me with 4 visits during the procedure.

I have gone to Dr. Maddox for years and have had a wonderful experience every time. He is amazing! Jamie is my hygienist and she has been wonderful. Everyone there is super friendly and bonus points for having a precious rescue pup named Leo as the greeter! He was a sweetheart 💜

I’ve used Maddox Dentistry for several years. Would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a dentist. Everyone who works for Brandon (dentist) is professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. They genuinely care about not only my dental health, but about me as a person. The staff feel like an extension of my family, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!

First time with Tavia for teeth cleaning. She is brilliant. Great atmosphere in the office too.

10/10 service, always. The staff are all supportive and personable. The background music is always pleasant/upbeat. The building is super clean with tons of natural light. Appointments are always timely, but they have been super flexible with schedule changes. Love the appointment reminders as well.

The experience was amazing! In and out quickly and very polite staff. Dr. Maddox knows how to lay out a plan of treatment that works great for me and my schedule! Would recommend him and his office to everyone!

Brandon is an excellent dentist. He is kind, caring, and painless when he works on my teeth. When I broke my front tooth, he made a new portion so you can not tell it has been half replaced. I would recommend Brandon Maddox to anyone in need of a dentist.

Dr Maddox and his team are the best. Becky always greets you at entrance with her beautiful smile. Kelsi is a very caring, professional and thorough assistant and puts me at ease. Both dental hygienist do a great job and make the cleanings go smoothly. Dr Maddox takes away all my dentist visit anxiety and makes me feel very comfortable the entire time in the chair. In the past I always dreaded going to the dentist but this team changed all that and believe me that’s a great accomplishment.

I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Maddox and his staff. They all go above and beyond to make me feel so cared for and I appreciate each and every one of you. Highest praise for Dr. Maddox and his staff. As I age, maintenance of my oral health presents new challenges to dental professionals as well as to me. Dr. Maddox and his team have expertly solved many of my dental problems and have helped me avoid others. My level of satisfaction could not be higher.

My husband and I started with this practice when it was owned by Dr. Sturm, so we've been with this practice for decades. After getting to know Dr. Maddox when he first joined Dr. Sturm's practice, we decided to stay after Dr. Sturm retired. Appointments are scheduled so that when you arrive at the office, there is very little wait time almost always being called back precisely when your appointment is scheduled. The staff are professional yet friendly and most have been with this practice for many years, so they truly know you, frequently asking about your family without prompting. I've never been unhappy with Dr. Maddox's service or abilities. Only one time there was a mix-up with billing which was resolved with one phone call. Would recommend this practice to anyone.
