Cleveland Veterinary Clinic

We take our cat and our dog to see Dr Maloney. She’s been seeing our pets for three years now and everything is going well. What we really appreciate about them is their ability to board our pets when we need to go on vacation - they’re very accommodating and have done this for us many times. Our dog gets a small dog run and our cat always seems to come home healthy so no complaints!

I highly recommend CVC! The whole staff (receptionists, technicians, kennel staff and doctors) is great. My 17 months old corgi Loki saw Dr. Robbins for his annual vaccine visit. He's only been to the vet a few times. He gets nervous but the technicians and doctor are very good with him, especially since he wasn't an easy nail trim. We were in and out of the clinic within an hour. In the human world I usually have to wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time before I get to see my primary doctor when I go for my appointments. Even if it took longer it would have been worth the wait to see Dr. Robbins. She's great!

They were very accommodating in scheduling an annual exam for our dog. The stuff was very friendsly and the veterinarian that saw our dog was extremely professional and answered any question we had, My wife and I are extremely glad we were referred to this clinic by a neighbor.

I greatly appreciate Dr Maloney was able to see my dog recently. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, and I trust her opinion. She was very gentle with my dog and didn’t rush explaining the situation and health condition. I highly recommend this office and the service there. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My dog was boarded there once and Michelle looked after very well.

Dr. Robbins is amazing! We just moved out here in October’22 & needed an Exotic Pet Vet for our Bunny Stanley! She is very knowledgeable, kind & takes the time to listen! The staff there is wonderful too!!

CVC is the best Veterinary Clinic and the staff are amazing!! I live in Mchenry and drive about an hour to see them and it is totally worth it! Today my cat started to show signs of a UTI and CVC squeezed me in 20 minutes before they closed. My cat typically needs to be sedated for any vet visit but today they were able to handle her WITHOUT sedation! They helped me and her out so much! I recommend CVC to everyone!

We took my cat here August 2022 the staff were all very nice. Turns out Tiger had kidney cancer. The Dr was very kind caring and walked us through the steps of letting our girl go. I highly recommend Cleveland Animal Hospital

I couldn't get my sick dog into my regular vet for 6 days! I used Cleveland before for ACL repair after a recommendation from a good friend. They got my dog in the next day! Also my other dog who got sick with the same thing a few days later.
I decided to switch to Cleveland Veterinary Clinic for the well being of my 3 dogs. They are friendly, they care and do a great job!

I recently rescued a Pitbul mix who had ACL reconstruction surgery. She got an infection after surgery, and Cleveland Vet Clinic was AMAZING as always!! Compassionate, quality, and reliable pet care. Everyone on their staff is kind and attentive to our Dog's needs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Veterinarian in the local area.

Dr. Masterton and Tech Cece are very good at caring for our little Patti!! She has kidney issues at 15 years young. Cece taught me how to administer her treatments, because i chose to do it at home. Even the receptionist at the front desk are Awesome!! They are all so friendly in answering any questions you may have..The professionalism, very knowledgeable and compassionate staff at Cleveland veternary Clinic are Top notch!!! Like a 5 Star Place for your Pet! Because it is...!!!

I don’t even know where to begin!! Dr.Masteron, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my Jax yesterday! He was scared and anxious due to bad experiences in the past and she took the time to get on the floor with him and pet him and try to gain his trust. He might not have been willing to be touched or poked lol but you and your tech definitely eased my mind and made me cry from the compassion and care you showed my boy. It was definitely worth the hour drive and look forward to working with you going forward.

This vet is super attentive and caring. I've only lived here for a year but this vet was recommended to me ans I'm so glad that I went. Good service, super knowledgeable, and fast.

Cleveland Veterinary Clinic has always been professional, reliable and responsive. The quality of service is excellent as well as reasonable in cost. In addition, the love and respect for both the animal patient and human owner is obvious. I would never go elsewhere. (And a special thanks to Dr. Robbins for her loving care of my babies.)

What to say about Cleveland Veterinary Clinic? They are: nice, high-tech, clean, helpful, affordable, etc. etc. My dog needed surgery on his eye and some dental work. They were able to get him in much faster than our normal vet. The vet that saw him was nice and knowledgeable and they scheduled the procedure for 2 days later. On the day of, they got him in right away and a few hours later they were done, though they kept him a bit to monitor him and make sure everything was good. They were very communicative about his progress during the day and the billing side. They even worked with us on the pricing since there were more extractions than expected. The only thing I didn't love was the blood and something else on the cone they provided but I'm sure that's unavoidable with a post-surgical cone like this and I had another one at home to put him in.

Also, this is a small thing, but they have an app! I love it! It has all his info right there and appointment info too!

Having 3 labs, I am a frequent customer here. Just had a problem with one of my labs vomiting for 3 days. Nothing I tried helped. They got him in the same day I called, and he is doing so much better after getting the meds he needed.

We love this clinic. Our dog was a "covid puppy" so he had a scary experience (at a different clinic) going in for yearly exams and vaccinations without my husband and I coming in with him. He remembers that and because of that he is super nervous about routine vet visits. Dr. Masterton is fantastic. She got down on the floor with him to do the exam, and talked super calm to him and examined him while petting him and making friends with him. By the time it got to the part where he was vaccinated, he took it like a champ - all because of the bedside manner of Dr. Masterton. I will forever call her the "Dog Whisperer"! Would highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone!

Dr. Maesterson is the absolute best!! Such a knowledgeable doctor and even more compassionate to the animals she cares for and their owners! I would not trust my dogs to anyone but her! The front staff and technicians are very kind and caring as well.

My puppy was not feeling well. They had me bring him in right away. They did all the necessary tests, with my approval, and kept him for the day to treat him. My puppy is back to feeling better!!! Dr. Margaret is wonderful. She's the only vet we have seen there, but I am sure they are all equally wonderful!

Absolutely love the time and care the staff takes in treating and maintaining the wellness of our pets. The vets and vet techs are always kind and detailed in their care and reception has always been so pleasant and explain everything accurately. The app is also incredibly convenient in scheduling appointments or refilling medications.

Will definitely be continuing to have my animals cared for with their team.

So far I think they are great. I was very attached to my vet and he recently retired. I’m extraordinarily particular when it comes to my dogs, and they checked all of my boxes. I am a professional dog trainer and I also have clients who use them and love them. I now have my whole family coming here.
