I love this office . Dr. Jean is amazing. She is non judgmental, compassionate, caring...I just can't say enough about her. The prices also are very reasonable. I don't feel like she is trying to take advantage of the love we have for our fur babies and over inflate her fees just because she can. I feel she tries to keep in range of what everyone can afford and not make it so u feel like you can't take your animals to the vet because of the amount. Her front desk staff is always friendly. Especially, Sara!!

Recommended by a friend of ours when we just got a new kitten and we needed to get him seen right away. My current vet has been very busy and short staffed. They had very little appointments available so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hours because they are very accommodating for my schedule and it doesn't hurt that they're about 10 minutes from my house. Also a bonus the owner brings their dogs into the office so you always get to pet puppies when you're there 😀

Overall, I am very pleased with animal clinic of South Elgin. Their staff is very professional, friendly, and understanding. When compared to other clinics in the area, their prices are very reasonable.

The doctor is very caring and really spends time with you. We have had sick pets, biting pets, and a pet we had to put down. All were treated with the same love, dignity, and compassion.

Have been with Dr Churan for many many years and will continue so as long as Dr is working there. Her wealth of expertise and knowledge is unserpassable from my viewpoint. Dr keeps the mouse catchers going and dogs fetching. Love her clinic and staff also.

Absolutely lovely people here. My cat was experiencing issues keeping food down/vomiting up multiple times the evening prior and they were able to get him in 10am the next day despite being booked the whole day. I'm incredibly thankful for squeezing me in last minute.

Very transparent about pricing, give you a list of recommendations based on the evaluation and you can decline things as needed. Extremely happy with the care here!

Animal Clinic of South Elgin has been our vet for almost 30 years and I can’t say enough good things. The staff is wonderful and our pups are always given quality care!

Very friendly, nice atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. I drive an hour just to bring my dog here. Highly recommend. ❤

Dr. Churan is the best vet I ever took my animals too.

I love Dr. Churan. She has helped me out a great deal with all if my cats, and her prices are reasonable. I am happy with her.

I have been taking my two dogs to this vet clinic for years now. Very kind and professional staff, and the vet is excellent with the dogs, able to be both very kind to them or put them in their place and scold them if they get out of line or growl due to being unhappy about shots or whatever else the situation is. I’m very impressed with her ability to keep total control of the room and the dogs as their vet while still making them feel loved and comfortable. One of the dogs has had a serious operation here and they did a wonderful job, got both dogs spayed/neutered here and never an issue. Would absolutely recommend!

Down to earth, the vet I've been searching for. Very reasonable prices. Great doc and staff.

This is my first time at this Vet Clinic with my little buddy Milo to have his Yearly shots and a pre-op for Neutering. The Doctor and Staff (Sarah, Chrisi and Jaimie) were super nice and kind!
That being said, I would disagree with these other negative reviews I read after seeing first hand the great experience I had. Even Milo was super chill around them as they were with him as well. 👍🏼👍🏼👌🏽👌🏽

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough about this animal clinic they are awesome, they are all very friendly you always feel very welcome when you walk into the facility. I have a rabbit a cat and a dog and they attended to all of them and they could not be more excellent than they already are. And I do not believe based on my research there is any place as friendly and professional as they are and the prices I haven't been able to find any Clinic that can beat their prices.

Will always bring all of my animals here, the vet tells you how it is and puts you in the right direction to help your animals in the long run. She always has amazing advice and is a pleasure to see. Most affordable vet around and damn good at everything she and her staff does. Plus if I'm worried about the cost all I have to do is ask for an estimate and a staff member comes in and goes over it line by line and explains what it is were doing and why. So knowledgeable!

They care. Had to get help for my cat, and they were always very friendly and helpful, even when things were very rough. They were straightforward, but very kind about it. The head vet definitely knows her stuff. They did good for my cat to the very end, and I couldn't have been more appreciative of the final services they provided. Thank you guys so much for the card you sent after putting my cat down. Seriously meant a lot.

Went in for my puppy's ear crop consultation and was very pleased. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the vet was wonderful putting my mind at ease and explaining everything. Well worth the 2.5hr drive to know my Dane puppy is in good hands.
