I go there almost like everyday, it's amazing. I can't say anything about the gas though because I'm not old enough to drive buttttt, the drinks are good and the employee's are very nice.

The people here are so awesome. Friendly neighborhood folks. The price put on Google maps is higher than it aaaaactuallly is and I couldn't figure out how to suggest a different price

I really love the rewards program here also very friendly have every single thing you could possibly imagine and the bathrooms are always very clean

Walked into the location and the employee was eating at the counter and i was never given a receipt/nor was i asked if i wanted one or asked if i was a member of the rewards program which i had a coupon i wanted to use which i will miss out on now and there was a soft drink i wanted that was empty so i could not get the drink i wanted to keep me cool in this hot weather

It’s crazy down there not only do the general manager know the lady be drunk on the job and to continue to let her work there is crazy! The other boy sells weed in the store but it goes over there head I called cooperate they act like they don’t care

I get emails for .6 off my next fill up but when I get to thorntons I only get .3 off my fill up. Their electronic boxes to call the attendant from the outside don't work. Their pumps don't turn off when I put them on automatic turn off and one of their pumps has been leaking for years. If I go inside to tell them what's going on they look at me like I have a problem when they have a problem. Especially when it is cold outside they always have more issues with their pumps.

just noticed.. gas here yesterday $4.09.. the off off 31 in Elgin $3.80 the one off rt. 68 and rt. 25 $3.79 ... 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨 even though I love the staff.. you lost a custy..

They won't let you go into the bathroom with a family member who needs assistance when going to the bathroom because it's the policy.

They never refill the receipt spool at the pumps. U always have to run inside to get the receipts. Where's the convenience Thronton!!!??
