Needed a one-off procedure done and it went well. Had some hiccups along the way that were not the fault of the work performed, and they were quick to respond to calls and even got me in for a same day appointment for an important but non-emergency issue, where they also wrapped up the job. They worked with my insurance and Dr. Flaherty did great, pain-free work.

I really appreciate the attention and care I receive within this Dental Group! They have great systems coupled with amazing staff and support people to help you feel taken care of from start to finish. For those with dental anxiety, that’s a rare gift! Dr. Lim is an absolute gem and puts my mind at ease with her amazing bedside manner. If you’re looking for the whole package in the Springfield, look no further!

I went to Dental Group of Springfield because I have a rather difficult to install permanent crown. I know it’s difficult because a different dental practice just gave up on it. Dr. Cheng and her assistant Jacob both made me feel very comfortable and were able to do the job. So far my experience with Dental Group of Springfield has been a fantastic one and I would recommend you checking them out.

Jessie and Dr Chen were absolutely amazing! They were beyond welcoming and patient with me as there was slight confusion on my appointment. I am so happy I kept this appointment and look forward to upcoming visits!

Let me just say this is going to be a long post but Dr. Flaherty and his teem gave me the smile I never thought I would have and I am so thankful for that. I can say I love my smile for the frist time in my life i will be 40 in June. I went to Dental Group of Springfield in the spring of 2023 for the frist time. I went in to see what could be done with my teeth because I have had problems my entire life. with multiple infections a year, had a hard time eating and I would never smile as I was ashamed of my teeth. I was always told by other dentist that it was because of me that my teeth were bad. I was super nervous at my first appointment and I let them know and they made sure I was never alone. Someone was always sitting with me and talking about family and stuff to keep me from stressing too much. I found out that I needed full mouth implants. They then asked me about my medical insurance because bc/bs ppo had been helping in the cost of dental implants if it was medically needed. Jackie from the front desk is the one that jumped through all the hoops to get all the information needed for my insurance company she is also the one that set with me that day. She was amazing. Dr Flaherty was amazing as well and told me it was not my fault my teeth was bad it was due to padonal disease he was the frist dentistto tell me that. I did get approved for coverage by my insurance company. So on October 27 2023 I had my surgery done and went back the next day for my frist temporary set of teeth. It has been a long process but it was so worth it. The dental assistants are always so nice and very good at explaining everything. I think I had the entire office come in to see me after I got my new smile. I just got my permit set in February 2024 and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend the entire staff at Dental Group of Springfield. It was by far the best service I have ever had. They go above and beyond for their customers. The weekend of Christmas my top arch was loose and Dr. Flaherty came and opened the office just to fix them for me. I would give more then 5 stars if I could.

The care and service here is exceptional. They truly care about a healthy and attractive smile. Incredible work by Dr. Bloink and team during my alignment. Thank you!

Reception is always friendly and I appreciate the urgency and efficiency of the dental assistants. My process with braces has taken a little longer than Dr. Bloink expected but I know the wait and discomfort will be worth it.

I just have wonderful experienced Invisalign. I appreciated how Dental Group kind and take care me and my daughter. I always tell the persons I know come see The Dental Group to consult for they Invisalign here. Thank you very much.

Upon arriving everyone was so nice and pleasant to talk to. In addition, didn’t have to wait, they were right on schedule which I appreciate.

My first visit..the new building reminded me of a modern castle.WOW.in to out,I felt like a VIP client.everyone nice smiles and so helpful.if I hadn't a ride home..I'd feel great in front of the warm. Calming fireplace...thankful and totally impressed.

Kind. Professional. Most people hate going to the dentist. But, not me. You take such good care of me. No worrying. No pain. And, peace of mind that I have a healthy mouth. Except for some occasional swearing.

I'm having the Hybrid done. This is a procedure that replaces your own teeth with a none removable implant. I'm have my upper plate done . It's a God send. I was so embarrassed of my smile witch I have taken care of all my life. Through the use persciption medication for pain they destroyed my enamel. All I have left is a bottom implant and I'll be all done. If your thinking of this procedure let me give my opinion. If you go to YouTube and watch a procedure call All on four you will see what is involved. It's very painful but the end result is worth it to me. I picked and amazing dentice and he has done great work.
P.S. my procedure was about 30 Grand. The dentice office has places that may take you as a client on this loan. If your smile and the ability to chew and enjoy food this is a no brainer.

My daughter is 5 and the staff there is so wonderful that she has never cried or been nervous about going to the dentist. They always make her feel comfortable which is wonderful.

I moved to Springfield recently and I am SO glad I chose Dental Group of Springfield! This facility is immaculate, organized and the staff is wonderful. Melody was my hygienist and she was phenomenal. Not only did she do a great job but she was also very kind and personable! Dr. Flaherty was just as fabulous! He listened to my concerns and made my invisalign process quick and easy! Dr. Bloink was also very thorough and wonderful! This team is incredible!! I would highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be bringing the rest of my family here and would recommend them to anyone else.

My daughter is 5 and had her first cleaning. She was a very anxious and had a lot of questions. Her hygienist was fantastic! She was kind, patient, and extremely calming to my nervous baby. Dr. Flaherty came in to examine her teeth and made her feel very proud of her dental health. Every person we encountered from beginning to end couldn’t have been any kinder or more welcoming! Extremely friendly staff. Almost forgot we were at the dentist due to the absolute professionalism and clean facility throughout. Dentist was thorough and very knowledgeable. Both her and her assistant made my son's visit easy and enjoyable for him and I. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care and customer service experience.
