Plumber Matt was very professional, personable, and honest. Gave options on how to provide repairs, and was not pressuring us to add on extra services. Quick responses, and able to get repairs on their schedule within 48-72hrs. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for all your plumbing needs. Our shower wouldn’t shut off on the Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. They were able to get a technician to our house in just a couple of hours. Jordan was super nice and identified the problem quickly and even though he had to run out to grab a replacement part, he was done in about an hour. Excellent service!!

Roto-Rooter was easy to schedule and appointment was set for the next day. Technician arrived on time was very polite and explained what he was going to do as well as pricing. Job was completed in a very timely matter, tech cleaned the area thoroughly when process was completed. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter for any future problems that arise.

Owen and his team were professional and knowledgeable. They successfully resolved an issue with my toilet, but unfortunately, the problem with my kitchen sink was more complex. Despite being unable to fix it, Owen provided valuable information about the potential issue and offered options for next steps. I would not hesitate to contact them for future plumbing needs, given their excellent customer service, quality of work, and warranty coverage. Their pricing is reflective of their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have now received 5 Star service. They called and asked to come back and try to rectify the situation. They just left-and I now have an unclogged sink! It was a tricky fix apparently, but Sean worked and worked until he figured it out.

I called them for a clogged drain. The first service tech could not get it unclogged and went to my basement and opened up a pipe, and told me that was the problem, and a plumber would have to come. The plumber came today, replaced the pipe, and still clogged. Said they would need to tear into the wall. He asked for payment for his work today. I told him I wasn’t comfortable paying for something when the problem was not fixed. He tried to blame it on the cable going through the pipe-so wasn’t their fault. (that is not what happened!) As the conversations continued-I realized it was going to be a situation I didn’t want to continue to argue about-it seemed they were willing to try to change the actual scenario-so I paid and asked him to leave. And I still have a clogged drain!

I was very pleased with the service that I received this morning. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Trevon Completed the service without any problems and cleaned up and put the furniture back where they it belong before. Can’t say enough about this young man and his professional attitude and demeanor. I will call you again if I have another problem. Thank you.

Wonderful and speedy job. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. They did a thorough and complete job for a fraction of the cost of another place I got a quote from. Would highly recommend.

Sean showed up at the appointment time, discussed the issue at hand, described the steps needed to fix the issue. Made suggestions for another problem I described. Repaired my issue & ran camera & flushed sewer line. Very pleased with him, the other gentleman, & Roger as well.

Omg. This company absolutely saved us in a devastating time. We had a pipe suddenly burst on the 2nd floor of our 3rd story home. There was water everywhere. It’s started in my son’s room on the 2nd floor and continued to the 1st floor in the living room and foyer. This happened on a Saturday after hours. They had a technician (Sean) at our house with 2 hours. Sean easily found the source of the problem, fixed it, and then restoration followed up the very next day on a Sunday. Did I mention it’s a holiday weekend. I can not thank you all enough for your time, care, effort, and quality of work doing this hardship my family experienced. Thank you sssoooo much! If you need plumbing services Roto-Rooter is the way to go!

Larry was great. He was polite, patient and explained the job that was required. He knew I was concerned about the possibility that I was dealing with a sewer issue and not just a clogged sink and he checked further down my drain line just to be sure. He didn’t leave muddy boot tracks across my floor like most contractors, he wiped his feet before coming in.

Your tech was fantastic. Very friendly. We will for sure use your company again. We had problem with the hot water heater not heating the next day. That should have not been apart for you coming out the first time. However, you sent a tech anyway to make sure. One phone call & you had a tech out asap & the problem was taking care of. Thank you it’s so nice to know that we finally have found someone we can count on & trust!!

Called several places in town, and Roto-rooter was one that was willing to come out the same day. The technician, Alex, was very professional. He found the problems and resolved it promptly. Root-rooter also had the most reasonable price. Very satisfied!

I thought there would be at least a one day wait BUT they were able to show up a few hours later! My tech was the nicest guy ever and stayed until everything worked perfectly. I think his name was Andre. Great job!

I called Roto Rooter to unplug a toilet after I tried myself using baking soda, vinegar, hot water, Dawn and a plunger. I was called by Nate before the crew came out, they were able to come earlier than scheduled which was fantastic. Owen and trainee showed up they wore booties to keep my floors clean. After accessing the situation they gave me an estimate which I accepted. The Trainee did most of the work, under Owen’s close supervision. The trainee told me his name was Jorge but most people called him George. After several minutes and much effort the plug was cleared. I suggested Jorge request shirts with his name on them. Some other guy showed up to clean up any mess I had but his services were not needed. The toilet did not overflow. I am giving them a one star review. Although the toilet was fixed it was not tested with actual human excrement and my man needs a shirt with his name on it.

We recently purchased a home that had several major (undisclosed) plumbing issues. We've had multiple technicians come out over the last few weeks and they've all been absolutely amazing. Every single one has been very kind and respectful, extremely patient and understanding with my rambunctious children, has taken the time to explain what needs done and the best courses of action, and has been quick to call in additional help whenever needed. Every interaction has left me feeling reassured and confident that we made the correct decision in calling Roto-Rooter!

Oscar and Carlos were fantastic! They called before they arrived and were here within the service window! They carefully planned what steps they would take to diagnose the issue, and then estimated the cost and explained the services before they started the fix. Nobody likes to have emergency plumbing issues, but these two two were great and fixed the whole problem in less than an hour!

Overall great experience working with the company and Matt. We reached out on a Sunday and by Tuesday we were set with our new water heater. Matt went above and beyond to assure we didn’t go another day without running hot water. Highly recommend them!
