I was very pleased with these guys. Sump pump stopped working. I called Steve Ray after hours, their answering service was very professional. I got a call back within about 15 minutes. The guy completely understood my situation, gave me the option for a service call that night which I declined, but said he could have someone out between 8 and 8:30 the next morning. At about 8:20, the next day I got a text that they were on the way. Scott came, explained what needed to be done, did all the work extremely well, I paid on-site, all paperwork was electronic, he was very professional and to the point. I couldn't have asked for a better response. I've used these guys in the past when I was in a pinch and I will again if needed.

The customer service is fantastic. Responsive in a very timely manner. “Jake from Steve Ray,” as I like to call him, came to my house and installed everything from a toilet to a new kitchen faucet. Very meticulous and professional. Highly recommend.

Everyone on the Steve Ray Plumbing team was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and hard working. They addressed my major sewer problem promptly, providing a detailed cost in advance. That was after another national Franchisee had only offered a price to dig an initial hole and then it would be an opened pay-as-you-go after that and did not even suggest a more practical (in my case) alternative of a new replacement sewer line. Steve Ray’s team had experience with both liners and new sewer line and offer advice on both alternatives. At my request they were even able to provide costs for related projects, even beyond plumbing & sewer work.

I had a gas leak and Steve Ray Plumbing was able to get a technician out right away. The technician was extremely professional and explained everything that needed to repaired. Scott was very efficient with the job and his knowledge to get it completed in a timely manner. The technician even took the time to help answer a few questions so I could submit a home warranty claim. I was extremely pleased with the customer service from the first phone call to the job being completed. I would highly recommend using Steve Ray Plumbing to anyone looking for repair services.

We had a failing sump pump and water leaking into the basement. Scott was able to come out within an hour of calling. He was friendly and pleasant, took care of our issue, and made solid recommendations. He gave us peace of mind in what could have been a terrible situation.

We panicked on Christmas Eve when we woke up and our new (to us) home, which is serviced by a well, was without water. We called Steve Ray Plumbing first thing that early morning and had a lady dispatch a technician to our home, and he arrived within an hour and a half. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back in service within an hour. We are so pleased! The technician was very polite and great to work with. I highly recommend Steve Ray Plumbing!

Really appreciate the quick and professional response. Called Steve Ray Plumbing around 11:30 for a clogged kitchen line, they said that someone would be out mid afternoon, next thing you know I am meeting Jake at my house at 1:00. Thirty to fourth minutes later everything is done plus Jake gave me a few tips for keeping lines clear. Quick and efficient I would use them again. Thank you.

We needed a new water heater and also some repair work done to the stool in our main bathroom. After we called your Plumbing Service, Scott arrived at our home as soon as he could and made all replacements/repairs that we needed! Responded to our within the hour, they gave us 2 options to fix and was done within 2 hours of calling them. The technician was friendly and very efficient with no trace of them being there. Outstanding work and will call them when needed again.

Steve and team re-routed my home septic pipe lines. They were on- time and completed the job in one day. The team were professional and thorough, left my yard nice and assured me they would return to plant grass in the spring. His price was also reasonable. I would recommend his company to anyone. Gabe and his crew showed up ready to work. We needed a cleanout/ sewer line repaired. They wasted no time getting to work. They had the yard dug up, lined fixed and cleanout installed in less time that the first company that spent several hours trying to eel out my drains. I wish I would've called them first instead of waste money with the first company that came out on a sat. Hands down I will call them first from now on.

No hot water yesterday. Called this morning. Nothing available til tomorrow. Got a call back a little later. They could squeeze me in today! Connor arrived at noon, tried to get heater working. No go. Needed new one. Gave me a quote, went and got one, got it installed and was done by 2ish. He was very efficient, made sure to clean up any water spills and very friendly.
