The yearly membership is worth the money if you frequent the store. That is if you like free stuff and big discounts.

I absolutely love this store, I get lost in here every time I go. I. Any leave without looking in ever corner of the store cause I feel I’ll be missing something. Great prices on everything, they beat most, if not, all of their competitors with their prices and a lot of tools have lifetime warranties. The quality of a lot of items might not meet up with Milwaukee and Dewalt, but with the tools having a lifetime warranty. I would have much rather bought a lot of my tools at harbor freight because I’ve got dead dewalt tools I can’t do a thing with but if I had bought them at harbor freight, I would have brand new ones with no questions asked

Most of staff is very knowledgeable about all there products.
I bought a 3500 Predators generator with extended warranty. It had a lot of hours running power tools building a house when started having problems. I drained the gas and brought it in to exchange it for new one. Manager just asked a few question about why I was returning it. No hassle. He loaded up the new one and I was on my way!
I highly recommend this generator for its quite and reliable performance, and I also recommend the extended warranty.

Got to love this place cuz you know you get a project going this is going to be the place that's going to have your tools the cheapest unless you're a mechanic and you're doing stuff everyday The tools that are in here are fine matter of fact a lot of them are lifetime warranty so how can you really go wrong you save money and they have a wide variety of stuff I love this place it's one of my favorite stores sometimes I just go into look around to find something to buy

They had everything I was looking for I lost some tools walking in the snow when I was stuck

Top Choice Cycle couldn't get a call back from the other guys. Shameful. Harbor Freight set up the entire shop and all workstations.

Snap on was too busy to call back. I set up my shop with US General carts and tool roller cabinets presses motorcycle work tables and lifts. I have yet to have an issue they didn't solve while I was there. Never a frown never a problem. I'm not about to ruin a good relationship to save a buck. It's a 2.5 hr drive each way and well worth it.

Didn't actually go in there this time went to shoppe next door. But they are always a great bunch of helpful employees.. and always find what I am looking for

Prices were outstanding; store was clean, well lit and signs were easy to read; selection was diverse; employees were courteous and very helpful!!! This was my first trip to Harbor Freight, and probably my new favorite store in Bangor. No doubt in my mind that I WILL find home projects to do just to find reasons to return, lol.

What's not to love? Good prices. Has power quality to higher quality tools. Staff always helpful. Manager always makes herself available to customers and always helpful. As a do it yourself I wouldn't waste my money on big name tools. As a prior mechanic, I'd buy a lot of my tools at Harbor Freight if I had to start again. From experience they stand behind their warranty.

The tools are nice and the prices are way lower than u would pay elsewhere. So many tools to choose from. Tool boxes and more for cheap prices. Who wouldn't love that. I just bought a handheld code reader for 100 bucks that does a lot of things. Many different models to pick from.

LoL the 5 stars isn't what you think it's for...
Everytime I go to Harbor Freight, it's like strolling the isle in a toys r us store when I was a kid. Almost anything and everything I've wanted is right in front of me. And I can actually afford most of it. The staff is just as awesome. I always find a huge smile on my face shortly after entering.
The 5 stars is for the great feelings.

My husband had a blast buying a lot of tools he wanted for a really, really, long time ... Since the prices were so reasonable! Friendly service, clean place. Would shop there again for sure!

This is a great place to find a good deal on tools and especially bits blades Exedra. I have not once had a bad experience with any of the staff here. They all seem Pleasant and they will help you if you ask. Check here before spending more on the same things at Home Depot. Although if I wanted to get a new drill I would probably go an order one off Amazon. But for what it is there are great deals to be had and try to use the coupons if possible for more saving. Thumbs up

Great place for inexpensive tools. Don't expect them to last a lifetime, but they will get you through. Helpful staff.
