This KFC/Taco Bell in Brewer, Maine has always been a very clean and neat fast food joint. Customer service is always 👌! Food is always decent. Yesterday's experience was great as always!!!

Me and My son love going here! Sometimes my father comes with Us so we have 3 generations eating fried chicken and tacos! They are very prompt at serving Your meals. The staff is always friendly

I'm normally a little weary of the combo restaurant but this place was great. Crunchwrap and bean burrito were on point. Also had a very friendly cashier. I will be back.

Always good food and service. It was also nice to see them collecting donations for the Jimmy Fund. I wish you would keep the natural fries boxes available all year because they are just so darn good.

Love the chicken sandwich, always moist never dry. The whole meal is one of my favorites .

Usually my experience is less than impressive with lackluster customer service and discrepancies in what I’ve ordered versus what I receive. Not today!!!!!! Friendly, cooperative, helpful, and attention to detail meant I got a cheerful amount of extra cheese on my nachos and special requests gleefully granted! Thanks team!

Ty for the good general service while we dined in the foods were perfect and also ty for the hot sauce when asked, I love my hot sauce with tacos. Overall I'll be back for more eventually 👍

This place isn't perfect, and probably never will be due to it being a fast food restaurant near Bangor. They get things slightly wrong with my order almost every time I visit, but that really doesn't matter to me. The team at this store deserves/probably has already received a most improved award from corporate as well as raises all around and maybe even a pizza party. I'm sure everyone living in this area remembers that this store was total dogwater for the last 3 years, with massive lines, long wait times, and bad food quality. I worked doordash over the winter, and watched a lot of the local fast food places "rise and fall", and out of all of the local joints, this one has been Top Frag for the past 5 months. They seem to be getting considerable business still, but they're funneling cars out the drive thru with higher quality, better made meals while delivering exceptional customer service. I worked some fast food places around here during the pandemic, and I'm well aware that the customers nowadays have gotten so much worse, so I wanted to leave this review here partially for potential customers, but mostly for the staff. Don't listen to the people that scream at you because you ran out of diablo sauce or forgot their ice in their drink or whatever, they're total losers that have no friends. You guys are doing great, and to any of the staff that worked through the last 2 years that are still there, you should be proud of yourself for pulling this store out of the gutter. If anyone in the Brewer/Bangor area wants the best possible fast food experience, they should go exclusively to the Brewer KFC/Taco Bell, the Brewer Burger King, and the Broadway McDonald's. Ignore anyone whining about missing items at any store, mistakes happen, and staff will gladly and swiftly fix your problem if you're not a witch. 10/10 store, would recommend to any local who forgot to make dinner or needs a quick snack.

Had Kentucky fried chicken but of course. The best fried chicken there is.

Great place and food and clean.

They are one of the 2 in the Bangor -Brewer Area. The KFC /Taco Bell are both constantly busy, with a long line in their drive-thru (particularly since the beginning of COVID-19) ...however, they are usually right on top of things and keep the lines moving smoothly.

Definitely a place to go if you want quick Mexican or Fried Chicken. They have a little bit for everyone! 😀

I know that place pretty well. I was very happy to see it is holding up well. Food is fresh an if for some reason it's not to par they will fix it no question. I mean it's taco bell know what your getting. I love the place. KFC little risky late. Cook to order is the way .

Personally I LOVE tacos, and Taco Bell is the number one five star fast food for tacos. The hospitality is great, the place is always clean, and this is the place id always eat fast food tacos, defintiely. Everytime i come here, i always have a great time

I used to work here once upon a time and the food was good then and it's even good now especially the round of new employees they are always staying busy and doing their job

Really up their game as far as the vegetarian menu is concerned The Bell was always good for veg options but now they're excellent. Makes it all the more disappointing they've bailed out of Midcoast Maine entirely.
