Lucas helped put my screen protector on, which was nice because I hate doing that. He also went on a wild goose chase to find said screen protector for my vintage thrifted phone. I went to the bathroom at some point, it’s weird how being in there always makes me wanna piss. Bathroom was average but store ambience was unmatched

You can buy online and pick up in store, the counter assistant was kind courteous and able to keep eye contact and a conversation. Very well pleased with my pick up experience!

Jennifer helped us purchase a dishwasher. She was terrific. My wife is very happy.

Nice electronics store large and good quanity of goods multiple versions of everything i got the 350 dollar sony head phones the 1500 dollar lg 75 inch 4k tv and the samsun galaxy s9+ and oculus rift vr system for my gamming computer here the photos it takes are amazing quality everything is amazing quality i got there

Just visited the Bangor Store on Oct.1 Gotta say the people we interacted with were AWESOME. Nate S. (original nate ) was awesome. Spent the time and explained evertyhing and answered all our questions with a smile. At Check Out Jennifer was Great. Greeted us with a smile and had a great attiude during the transaction. Deff. 2 valuable employees right there. Thank You Again

The sales staff was not available, so one of the managers assisted me himself. I was there for a washer and dryer, and all the promotions and financing offers were fully explained to me. I left feeling that my purchase was money well spent.

Update, Nick quit, the fella filling in for him is from the front of the store and did a fine job on my head unit install. It did take a bit longer than expected on my 2018 WRX, but that always happens with this kind of install. He also was very helpful in recommending a tech package from the store...which is going to save me a tone of cash because I have more installs coming, that will be free under this package. Hats off to you large beard installer, hats off.

I told them what I needed, to build my next crazy project, and they were completely candid, they said:
"I don't know, but if it doesn't work the way you need it to, you can return it"

Whenever I walk in, someone assists me promptly. I've always been treated kindly, with professionalism.

As an added bonus, things are frequently cheaper than buying online. Shopping at Best Buy in Bangor Maine is a pleasure.

Should anyone working at Best Buy read this: A Large Wacom Intuos Pro tablet does not require the pen to touch the tablet, to operate. As for application, or why anyone would want that....

I bought a T.V.. I wasnt able to locate the one i was looking for. I had to go get an associate and she got one from the back room. Store was clean and everyone was friendly. The only thing I think could improve was the sales associates should be more aware of the obvious help that a shopper may need and ask them if they can help them. I always do everything possible to not ask but I was totally lost and I feel that the many times sales associates walked by me, It was obvious that i needed help. Overall I had a good experience though as usual at this store!

I looked at new televisions, and they had a large selection. The person had a lot of knowledge on the different types and brands.

Very pleased. Walked in unprepared, but Brendan Marden took the time to answer my questions & find me a new laptop PC with ALL the bells & whistles I need for graphics work with an ergonomic mouse and a year of Photoshop for LESS than the cost of my last PC! At first we both thought I was gonna have to order a laptop, but I was comfortable purchasing a fully-guaranteed open-bix item that I took home that day. Thank you.

The staff are really very very good. It is sad to see a lot of empty shelves and not as much selection as I'd like, But the customer service is outstanding. Items I wanted were not in stock but were quickly ordered for me and arrived without incident.

so I got a free computer fix because of a scheduling issue that wasn't even a problem, just had to wait a while.. so I have a new motherboard instal for free? so like.. dang, ok Best Buy / Geek Squad.. what a life saver.

I went in on a very busy day when there didn't seem to be too many associates working that day and I was helped by a nice man named Clay. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain all the features on the expensive camera I was looking to buy. There were alarms that kept going off and the poor guy had to keep going with the key to shut the alarm off and come back and help me. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism of multitasking of answering other associates questions on the walky, other customers kept stopping and asking him questions while he was helping me, the alarms kept going off and of course my questions and he took it all in stride and was the best salesman that's helped me at any store in a very long time. I'd definitely recommend asking for Clay if you have any questions or are on the fence about buying anything.

Culture starts at the top, and there is no doubt that from the GM of this store to the delivery people, everyone is fantastic!!
The bottom line is that another associate from a different location messed up a very large order of appliances very badly. I got in touch with Brent, the stores GM in Bangor, and he was awesome to deal with from our very first conversation. He assured that what had happened should not have and that he was determined to make things right and to re-instill our faith in Best Buy. Brent introduced me to Brandon who is their appliance expert. I gotta say, Brandon was unbelievable as well! Talk about a true professional! This guy went above and beyond to make sure that the order was corrected. The communication that I received was second to none!
Even when I went into the store and Brandon was off Liz, who is one of the store managers was incredible to deal with as well. When the delivery drivers showed up with the items that we ordered, they were exceptionally pleasant and professional as well.
Kudos to Brent and the team in Bangor! Best Buy corporate should be pay more attention to this team and should want to replicate the culture that this store has created! I cannot thank them enough for taking a very stressful situation and making it right! Because of your team, my wife and I will continue to purchase from Best Buy and will praise your store to everyone we know when they mention purchasing appliances or any type of electronics for that matter.
