Best Western White House Inn

So you would never know it, but this Best Western Hotel is something amazing. I recommend getting the jacuzzi suite around $350 to $400 a night with a 2 night minimum. I know it sound like a lot, but the rooms are huge, and they have different themes. Honey Moon suite , Presidential Suite, Log Cabin Suite... super comfortable fireplaces massage chairs gift baskets. Guys, bring your girl there. Drop a little money and show her you care. Get the Honey Moon suite, and she'll love it. It's a hidden gem out in the sticks, but I was surprised. I didn't know Bestwestern was getting down like that! Mini fridge, huge 4 faucet showers you have water coming every which way. It was fun for sure!

We stayed in the Presidential themed room. It was awesome! Jetted tub, huge/ comfortable king side bed, 2 person shower, big screen TV and a full massage chair. Everyone who worked there was SO friendly and helpful!!
The only downside, you have to drive 10-15 minutes to get to restaurants/ shopping. A little farther for museums. Breakfast came with room but wasn't that great. We walked over to the truck stop next door for an amazing breakfast the next day.

The staff here are all fantastic and extremely helpful. Adam was an absolute lifesaver TWICE helping me get a pet friendly room, both times were emergencies and he was so friendly and welcoming. The 2nd time was today after the huge storm we got, my family was without power, heat, hot water and food for going on 2 days and it was beyond amazing getting a spot to warm up, get a hot shower and a meal where our kitty was welcome as well.

Before that they were super accommodating a few years ago when my elderly and disabled stepfather came up and needed a room, they were able to give him a room close to an exit where he could park since he can't walk far.

Everything is always clean, service is great, and I've also stayed in the jacuzzi suites and they are awesome! Also, being right next to Dysart's truck stop and restaurant is very convenient.

Definitely can't recommend this place enough whether you're just traveling through or need a night away from home.

Stopped after a long day of driving, the staff were incredibly friendly and super attentive! The hotel’s theme is displayed throughout the hotel and it’s amazing and very well done! Breakfast was great! We didn’t end up using the pool but it looked very clean and had great hours!

Nearest food is down the highway which was isn't terrible, but I was ready to be done driving. Otherwise we enjoyed this hotel. Great breakfast and great staff. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Enjoy staying here and relaxing in the summer. Staff is amazing and clean rooms Hot tub was a bonus.

The staff was helpful, the room was huge. Didnt need the second bed. The bathroom was nice. Girls loved the fire place, watching the fire for a little bit.

One of the cleanest, quietest, most cozy hotels in Bangor. My family and I stay in hotels often just for a little get away and this one is our favorite. There's always plenty of parking, very friendly and professional service at the front desk and a small "store" to get things if you happen to forget any of the basics during your stay. They also have food available to order right at the hotel during certain hours of the day. The rooms are large and always very clean and everything in working order. The hot tub / heated pool area is really nice too.

This hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The pillows were a little on the soft side, I prefer a firmer pillow. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast. Housekeeping staff was amazing. The location of the hotel was great and it was pretty quiet.

Stayed with a friend and had a great time .The rooms were nice but the staff was so wonderful, which made the whole experience worth every penny . And the cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping everything lovely. Thank you so much Jeannie

This was a bit of a surprise to me. My fault on this but this hotel is way outside of Bangor and behind a truck stop with minimal if any restaurants around. That won’t keep me from staying again but usually it’s nice for me to be able walk somewhere after work for dinner…again though my fault here not the hotel’s.

I pulled in and it became clear to me why this is called the White House Inn, it’s themed like, well, the White House. Definitely novelty and themed like…checkin was great and honestly all the team members I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The decor, I want to say is outdated, but it’s also trying to theme the White House with lots of antique style carpeting, wainscoting, etc. Room was clean and had a fridge and microwave in it. Internet was great. I was in a room with two queen beds and the room had a dining table however had these large and comfy arm chairs around it, which were comfy however it was hard to work on a laptop on it.

Breakfast was good however the clientele made it feel like the trump White House but that’s of course not the hotel’s fault. The coffee was inedible, not sure what was going on there.

All in all, great and clean hotel, if the theme doesn’t creep you out nor if the location is a problem for you, then you’ll enjoy. Me, I’ll stay again if the price is right however I’d prefer to be up a few more exits just by preference.

Awesome service and breakfast options. Very strong white-house presidential theme, which we were not expecting, but found pleasant.

I travel a lot and have for years. Of all of the hotels I’ve stayed at after the pandemic started, this is the only one that truly feels clean to me. The beds are incredibly comfortable, I passed out for ten straight hours my first night (I usually barely hit 7 on a normal night at home) and it was very restful sleep. The AC works well. The room is way cute, as is the entire theme of the hotel. The staff is awesome and helpful. Everything here has been delightful and I’m glad that I get to enjoy it for a few more days.

One of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed at lately and I'm a diamond select member. Felt more like walking into someone's home then into a corporate owned Hotel. Staff was outstanding, accommodations almost perfect. Hard to find a negative about my stay. Highly recommend.

Accommodations were excellent and immaculate. Very nice outdoor heated pool and extremely large indoor hot tub. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Free breakfast had many options and food was fresh, appealing, and delicious! Would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet, affordable, right off the interstate. Friendly helpful staff. Ginormous Buffet breakfast.
The only issue I have, and this has nothing to do with Best Western, it’s people bringing their dogs in, thoughtless people with dogs, tugging all over the chain, knocking things over, making a mess on the floor, chewing dog biscuits while the owner is trying to check in. There is a time and place for everything leave the dog in the car until you check in, or better yet leave the dog home. Another couple brought their dog into the Jacuzzi room. No, I love dogs, but this was a large poodle type dog, well behaved, but took up a lot of room, and they tied him to the railing into the pool. Please folks leave the dogs home.

Lovely hotel. Stayed in December and it was decorated in every room for Christmas. Very pretty. All of the staff were nice and helpful. Free breakfast. Hot tub. My son loved the old arcade game on floor 3.

I was impressed!
We needed a place to stay for one night in the Bangor area and i wanted to surprise my wife. we chose the wooded suite and it was really nice! The massage chair was great, gas fire place, large jacuzzi tub, huge shower and well decorated. Everything was clean and although we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, it smelled amazing! They also have an indoor hot tub.
