Chase's Family Restaurant & Hide-Away Lounge

Simple and Easy going really good food. Stopped in for lunch they had a very good crowd of people but they still managed to get us seated at the counter. We ordered the a hot turkey and a French onion sandwich. Drinks came fast along with the food we absolutely enjoyed the food and can't wait to visit again

Right on route US2, easy place to find, family friendly. Breakfast was delicious and very well served, so hard to finish everything. 😋

I can't say enough good things about Chase's Family Restaurant.
We arrived around 6 P.M. and were seated right away. The server took our drink orders and was back in no time with the drinks. We placed our food orders. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, my wife had Chicken Parmesan, one guest ordered the soup and sandwich with fries, and the other ordered Beef Tip Ravioli from the specials menu. The food arrived after an appropriate time period. The food was presented nicely. The portions were on the large side. The flavor was spectacular! Everyone was very happy with their meal. I like to order Cole Slaw the first time I eat at a restaurant. You can tell a lot about the restaurant by their slaw. This was crisp, fresh, and flavorful, with the perfect amount of dressing. We all had coffee. Which was delicious. We shared the Blueberry White Chocolate Cheesecake and a slice of warm Apple Pie. Both of the desserts were exceptional.
The entire restaurant was clean and organized. The restrooms were clean and sanitary. Our server was outstanding! She was there when needed and had helpful suggestions. All of the employees were working with a sense of urgency, and they all seemed very happy.
We all were very pleased with our meals and will be back again very soon. Thank you for the great service, friendly atmosphere and the delicious food!

We both had the lobster roll. It was phenomenal. The service was wonderful and her suggestion didn't disappoint.

My all time favorite place to eat. The best food! I have never tried anything I didn't like here! The specials are amazing too! The attached pictures are of mine and my family's dinner choices!!! So perfect! And the service... damn they are good!!! Friendliest and fastest waitresses around. LOVE this place!!!!

We visited on a very busy weekend night. We had a short reasonable wait. We had a very nice server that tried to give us as much attention as she could but she was managing a lot of tables with a large crowd so she couldn't be there often. The food was very good especially their Onion Rings. The prices were fair, when compared to today's ridiculous food prices.

The food was delicious and the employees were extremely friendly. We really enjoyed everything about this restaurant!

Do you want a true Maine experience? Come to this place. They scream quality and the food is amazing. The staff will let you eat and you still won’t have a empty drink. I was born and raised in maine been lucky to try most restaurants here and this would be top ten. Don’t dress up come as you are and you will leave full and happy. I’m super proud to review this place .

Food was amazing and exceptionally tasty. Our waitress was polite, efficent, attentive. The Portabello Mushroom ravioli with ribeye steak tips was delicious and very tasty. The boneless buffalo wings were amazing. The Marsalo custard was amazing. The apple crisp was tasty as well. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to all those that like courteous, quick service, hot, and tasty food.

Don't let the rather modest exterior fool you. The food is almost like elevated dinner food. Really very well prepared. Extensive menu and excellent service. The warm pretzel appetizer arrived with ale dipping sauce and a mustard sauce and was soft and chewy with a crunchy exterior. For lunch I chose the pork rib eye with a cinnamon rub, spiced apples and whipped butternut squash. Excellent. The interior of the restaurant is casual and cute. I would definitely go back.

A great place for local comfort food made extra special by the waitress whose name I can't remember but it started with a D I believe it was Daphene and we had a great conversation about local history in Bangor, Maine as well as hearing about what it was like growing up. I had a cheeseburger and french fries and it did not disappoint.
