we had the BEST road-trip ever today (and the best customer service). i have a very custom order (Venti Strawberry Acái Refresher with 2 pumps white mocha, 3 scoops vanilla bean and sweet cold foam.. highly recommend) and they make it right every single time. by the time we got to the window my little one was already ecstatic to greet them all, and i believe almost the entire staff came to give her such a warm welcome !! we had a great time (and i think she enjoys my meal better than her own), thank you! 🖤🌙☠

We usually use the drive through but went inside this time. Our waiting time got sweetened up.by an unexpected shotglass of a frappe to try. Thank you!

All I have to say is WOW! I am not a regular Starbucks drinker because I prefer the taste of Dunkin coffee. This morning, I tried to get a pumpkin spice latte at my local dunkin and they were all out of that and my second choice. So I knew that Starbucks would have one, so I promptly drove there. At the drive through, I had no trouble getting to order with no wait and was greeted with a bubbly good morning and the lady asking how I was. I ordered my PSL and she made sure I didn’t need or want anything else. I drive right up to the window and was again greeted my a lovely lady who asked me how I was and had some banter with her. She complimented my hair and offered me a straw for my drink. Overall it turned my morning completely around and I was amazed by the amazing service I received just going through the drive through! Once I went to work I shared with everyone how that experience was so much better than my usual experience at other drive throughs! Good team, quick service, and delicious PSL!

Honestly, this is my top choice for coffee when in the area. They make the drinks with great care. If they mess up, they make a new one. I've never been disappointed with anything I've gotten here. Thx employees of Starbucks!

I find that when you have Starbucks women in vests that love pumkin spice can't get enough of you, when you add some aviator glasses you become 10% more attractive, and when you lean against your Imported Car you have to beat them off with a stick.

I guess long story short Starbucks makes you more attractive. So you get 5 out of 5.

Sometimes it's busy and your coffee takes 15 min . Sometimes 5 . Be nice . They are trying

I've probably been to hundreds of Starbucks stores around North America and even a couple in Europe. I love the coffee and some of the other products, and appreciate the consistency of the quality from store to store. This is different from Dunkin Donuts, which I find can vary a lot in taste from store to store. Since I generally drink plain iced coffee or iced tea and use the rewards card program, I don't feel the cost is prohibitive, because if I sit in the cafe for even a short time, I get free refills. The free refills of plain hot or iced coffee or tea are honored even if the original drink is something more expensive, such as a frappuccino or a latte. The Bangor Mall Blvd store has a very friendly team of hard-working baristas, and I've seen them manage large crowds of customers with efficiency and great team work. I was disappointed when they didn't add more outlets when they remodeled the store. The layout isn't really that great considering the number of regulars who come to work or study for long periods of time. Many other Starbucks I've been to have outlets available at every seat. Bangor really should add that so we don't have to play "stalk and pounce" for the few tables near outlets. They did finally add outdoor seating, which is nice with the summer coming. There is also a nice fireplace in the colder months.

Not sure who the gentleman at the drive through was today, but that man has excellent customer service skills. He took the time to ask what I had planned for today and wished me safe travels home! Another of many reasons I switched from Dunkin!

Very cheerful people work here. Super kind and helpful. Always love stopping in for a beverage.

I can't add anything new to a cup of SB coffee but the service and people here were very nice. My kids ordered two cups of coffee on their own and they were treated with the same respect that an adult would receive. That alone would make me come back here..

Had an absolutely fantastic experience tonight at this Starbucks. Xav, the barista that took our order was friendly, funny, and gave incredible recommendations. My boyfriend is a serial black coffee drinker and asked for a reccomendation for fans of black coffee that was a bit more fun and special occas and Xav reccomended a nitro cold brew with Irish cream cold foam. He loved it! The staff was so fun and happy and made sure we liked our beverages before we left, but Xav made the experience one to remember!

This was a decent location but it was so busy that cars were parked in the middle of the road waiting in line. After placing a mobile order from about 10 minutes away, I waited in line at the drive through for about 30 minutes and when I got to the window my order hadn't been started yet. They should try to anticipate these issues and have more staff at times...or something. However, the staff was extremely friendly and made the wait more bearable.

I love the place. Sometimes the place is very busy in thru the drive thru. There are times when it's been right out into the main street. My really loves Starbucks. She always gets a drink everytime that we are in Bangor. Their food is nicely made and fresh. The baked good are very good. I would recommend that people stop in here when they can.❤

I think Bangor needs 3 more! They are definitely busy so if you don't pre-order through the app you will sit in line at the through for a least 20-25 minutes. But the coffee, drinks, and food is always consistently good!

Decided to try for the first time. The barista working the window was super nice when I asked them to surprise me with a yummy cold beverage because I had no clue what to order. It was late morning and the line moved very quickly.

Great atmosphere if you want to relax and enjoy your coffee, read a book, maybe work on your laptop... Free wifi is always a plus.

Parking lot is terrible, very tiny w drive through line blocking many spots. But the staff is always helpful and friendly!

This Starbucks has amazing staff & consistently good drinks. Staff is very friendly, I enjoy the personable conversations I always get to have with the baristas! Drinks are consistent from all baristas, usually always perfect, and if not they’ll make it right. They once gave me my drink, complimentary, just b/c I let them know someone was littering in their parking lot. Crazy good customer service.

person who made my drink forgot the cold foam, Billy caught it before I did and immediately fixed my drink for me! Great & quick service
