At Bangor Chick-fil-A, our recent experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. We ordered the tenders meal, and they were cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making every moment enjoyable. With their commitment to excellent service, hot and fresh food, and impeccable cleanliness, Bangor Chick-fil-A comes highly recommended.

Great Experience! Drive Thru was a Breeze! Friendly and Quick and accurate. I dined in this time and it was equally great. I had the added opportunity to see a " Bingo" game going on in the restaurant! This is the first time I've ever seen one at ChickFilA. Brought alot of people in!

I ordered food for the first time and they took it with me. The service was performed at a professional level. The line moves quickly. We ordered Spicy chicken sandwich end Chocolate Milkshakes, Chick-fil-A® Lemonade. The food is delicious, well packaged, perfectly balanced in taste. I recommend, I will order more.
I didn’t have time to take a photo, it was quickly eaten.

I love it, my wife loves it and both my kids love it. The food is great. Staff are very friendly and nice. My wife had Chick-fil-A for the today when we were passing through Bangor. She talked about how much she loved it until at least Portland.

So, my husband and I came through earlier this evening, and got Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately both of our Mac and cheese had a hair in both.

Now. I know what your thinking...'why would you leave a great review? That's gross.' And I'll tell you why. Regardless of this, we've gone here for a while, even came by tbe day of our wedding, and did lunch here, with my family and his family (bless them not causing an issue for so many of us here in one go.) and they've always gone above and beyond.

Tonight was no different. When we found a hair in my Mac and cheese, we figured, it happens, but wasn't a big deal I just wouldn't eat it. Until...he had one in his, then we thought what are the odds, there is no way..but it was, we drove through their drive thru, and got I believe his name was David. (I feel awful i couldnt remember his name, he was wonderful!) He apologized beyond what we even really expected, a simple were sorry, was okay and more then we even wanted, but he went above and beyond, made sure we got a replacement of each, and refunded us for both our mac and cheese. Which is more then I can say for any other fast-food establishment in bangor, or anywhere.

While, yeah, it wasnt what we wanted in our Mac and cheese, the just willingness to make it right, we definitely will be continuing to go. First and only issue we have ever had there, and they handled it a lot better then we would imagine from a fast food place

The waffle fries were golden and crispy, the perfect side to the meal.

We're truly not fast food people. But; on occasion it works. With that said Chick-fil-a would be our favorite fast food chain. We don't know about other facilities; but the one in Bangor Maine is top notch. The staff are incredibly friendly, hardworking and organized!! The facility was very clean and warm. You just have to smile looking around at the decor.
So; kudos to you Chick-fil-a in Bangor Maine!! Keep up the outstanding work!!

1st time visitor - I've often driven past and the line around the building has kept me from stopping in. I know C-F-A is good but I get frustrated waiting too long for anything!
Today I was early and there was no line so I stopped for breakfast.
Breakfast burrito and a cup of black coffee. Perfect.
The chicken in the burrito was clean (no chewy bits!!) and the scrambled eggs were hot. Very tasty, quick, and inexpensive.
All good.

I have never been treated as well in my life as I was at the Bangor Chick- Fil-a this weekend. The service was outstanding, the food amazing and staff was the best I have ever had in any fast food service industry in my 43 years. The owner, Chef Fun Officer and Rebbecca deserve a special kudos 👏

Friendliest employees and fastest service of any "fast food" chain around. You can't go wrong. Only wish they'd serve more than just chicken/salad/fries since the service and speed of the drive thru leaves every other chain in the dust.

This is one of only TWO CFAs in the entire state. It's a typical example of the quality that you'd expect from Chick-fil-A.

This location was slammed with business from a local Christmas Market at the mall. These folks managed to get everyone taken care of quickly and accurately.

Friendly service, great food and a clean restaurant is what sets this place apart.

This was the first time eating here and it is now our favorite go to fast food. Delicious food, amazing service and clean and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend.

Arrived on a busy Friday. Parking lot at capacity. We were scared of a long wait but amazingly we went right up and ordered. As it was our first visit, we had tons of menu questions. The crew was patient & helpful. We sat down and our order was brought out just moments later. The food was piping hot and beyond delicious. Portions were fair sized. The dining area was being constantly maintained by a roaming crew person. Overall, nothing to complain about. Great dining experience. Will definitely be back again.

The northernmost Chick-fil-A in the United States does not disappoint. Extremely busy location in the great Maine town of Bangor. Service is fast and accurate despite constant long lines. Quality is excellent and the staff were all prompt and courteous. This location proves to corporate if you build it they will come. Now bring us a location in central NH.

We stopped here to grab food before heading back to the border. Never been here before, so when we got there before 10:30 when lunch starts, we decided to wait. When the time came, we got 3 chicken sandwich meals - regular, spicy and pimento honey - with waffle fries, Greek yogurt parfait, Sunjoy and a caramel cookie milkshake, I think (whatever the flavor of the month was). We sat at our table to wait for our food, and within 3-4 minutes - No Exaggeration - the long winding order line was full, out the door, with lines even for the bathroom. I didn’t see a tour bus, but it had to be - they just got slammed. We saw two cars of people park, walk up the door, see the lines, and just leave. I’m so happy our order was already in. We got our food brought to our table not that long after ordering - a little slow but no mistakes on our order - and almost everything was excellent. The spicy chicken sandwich was the best - it’s not just a regular sandwich with cayenne or hot sauce thrown in, it tastes like a complex spice mix. Maybe I’m wrong, but, I loved it and the pickles really set it off. The honey chicken pimento sandwich - I tried a bite and loved the honey flavor to the chicken but hated the pimento and my husband had the exact opposite reaction, but that’s just personal preference. All of the food was cooked perfectly, the fries were super crispy and not too salty, the parfait was very nice and that Sunjoy is amazingly good - BEST drink from a fast food place EVER. The downside was the milkshake - maybe it was just this particular one, but it was overly sweet and the flavor was not good, so none of us would take more than the initial sip before we ended up throwing it out. We’d definitely go again for the chicken sandwiches, parfait and Sunjoy, and would stick with Five Guys for fries and shakes. Finally, I’d like to say that from our table, we watched how the staff handled that insane crowd - they did a really good job getting people served and delivering orders both to tables and to take out, and that’s in addition to whatever was happening in the drive through. Good workers here!

Food was good. Service was friendly. And they had a huge pumpkin out front.
