I really liked this store, the items in here are interesting and trendy. I like the vibe in here, it's chill and laid back while you look at fun stuff.

Some of the absolute best customer service experiences of my life have been shopping in this store. The people who work here are helpful and super friendly. I always find what I need when shopping for gifts. My main complaint is that there is not enough plus size apparel on hand and I would purchase far more here if that weren't the case.

Wonderful caring staff and great selection.

Primarily your basic Hot Topic store. Lots of clothing, jewelry, and miscellaneous trinkets and accessories. Specialized sections for hot brands such as Sanrio and Disney, as well as movie merchandise from horror films and pop culture/ music tee shirts. The store manager has worked there almost a decade and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ask him anything about his product, the company, or the mall as a whole.

The staff is what makes this place. They inform you of deals and offer suggestions based on your needs. Lots of Anime inspired products and some really cool import candy and collectibles you can hardly find anywhere else.

Plenty of selection (especially for my band loving daughter) and the service was great

My daughter found a shirt in store that they didn't have in her size. I asked an employee about it, and he helped me place an online order. He was there when we came back to pick up the order and both times he extremely helpful and friendly. I wish that I had caught his name because he really went above and beyond.

Cashiers were helpful and informative. Very polite, friendly service. Will return.

One of the best places I have been i do wish you bring the shoes back it would be a miracle and there aren't really that many arm warmers but still one of the best places ever if you wanna look like stylish Alternative or goth this is the best!! Place to be!

It's hot topic, of course it was a good experience. There's this one worker who's always super friendly and give great suggestions!

The prices on tees are a bit higher then say Wally world.. but they have all my kids favorite bands no one else seems to have!

I don't think I'll ever fully grow out of my emo stage lol. They have cute clothes, awesome merch from some of my favorite shows and Funko Pops galore. Not to mention tons of Japanese candies for me to try

One of my favorite stores !!! The range in merchandise is awesome, from Disney to supernatural. I can literally get something for everybody in my family, including my devout Christan grandparents

I go here for my anime and other fandom related items. It's my go to for clothes that are designed with my favorite characters or bands.
