I had excellent service! We are going on a cruise next week and I needed cute clothes for our cruise. I made an appointment with Sandra and she was amazing!! She helped me a couple years ago and this time she went over and beyond. She knew exactly what sundresses I looked cute in and flattering with my figure. I don’t like wearing shorts because of my thighs. She listened to me and I have a cute skorts outfits that I feel comfortable wearing.
I have amazing new outfits to wear on the cruise and even after the cruise I can wear the outfits to work as well that’s a huge win win!!

I can’t forget to say thank you to Marsali for adjusting my receipt to receive more discounts. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful even going over and beyond carrying my bags to my car.

I am a regular Talbots customer...by mail. Sales clerks were friendly, immediately ordered item for me. Carried items to large well lighted dressing room area. Greeted other customers by name. And sent me a handwritten thank you note.

Personal attention and well-fitting clothes for women. I am a Talbot's addict, especially when sales are on! Fantastic return policies. Have returned many items with no questions asked.

Just wish it was a larger store...more petites and a shoe dept. would be great! Shop the sales...good quality, but regular prices are a bit inflated. Be patient...they have promotions frequently.

As a Senior age group I still like to some wear classic pieces especially winter trousers ;I left with 4 !! Plus a beautiful sweater dress for colder weather . Go see people are friendly & helpful

Buy most all my clothing from Talbots. The staff in Bangor is kind and helpful. Everyone wearing masks. Felt very safe.
