Elizabeth's customer service is awesome - both my policies had lapsed because I forgot to pay the renewal and she helped me get both re-instated the same day. She was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I used to work in the insurance industry, so I know top notch service when I see it.

Rates are very competitive for young drivers living out on their own, definitely worth giving them a call if you need to shop around!

Great insurance agent. They will find you insurance,they are in Waterford,i couldnt get insurance from anyone in northern michigan on the mobile i bought last year. Its on my own land,has permanent add ons and a built pitched roof,6 agencies,no takers,i tried keeping my business local.
