AT&T Store

I visited the store on 12/23/23 to switch out a broken phone. The place was very busy and the gal was working by herself. She was fantastic - taking care of my issues and two other parties at the same time. It was an excellent experience.

Great visit. Got my new phone and was helped with copying everything to the new one. Had one issue and was helped over the phone. Top notch!

Chase was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job providing info on the new phones. Setup went smoothly. Store was busy and he did a great job managing the traffic flow would definitely recommend.

When I went in to switch my service to att, I expected what I thought was standard at phone stores.. a headache. Long wait times, general confusion over costs, the need for a drink afterward.. but this store is AWESOME! Ashley Hollis was absolutely wonderful to work with! She explained everything very clearly, and made sure we knew the exact cost and monthly bill total every step of the way!
We ran into a couple problems over the course of the next week (no fault of theirs!) but ended up there 3 times over the course of a week, and the service was EXCELLENT every. single. time! I swear I didn't want to leave once we were finished! The atmosphere was welcoming, staff was knowledgeable, they were honest and upfront with no hidden agenda or impersonal sales tactics. Made sure we got what we wanted & left VERY happy consumers 😄

I'll never go to another store, and I'll say it again.. ASHLEY HOLLIS, the store manager, is the BEST! Give her a raise! 🙌 All other staff we encountered were excellent as well! 10/10 would recommend :)

Was referred to Marven the manager at the store, and he was kind and friendly throughout the whole upgrade process. He answered all of our questions and set the expectations straight.

When i walked into the stire, Abdulla looked from what he was doing to greet me and that he would be with me shortly. What a courteous, knowledgeable, and patient young man. Offered me the "buy three products and get a % off the total !" Taught me something NEW about "a brick" . I didn't know it made the charge on my phone faster.

Connor was an amazing help with getting my new phone, I couldn't have asked for better service. I'll be using the commerce location from now on.

Ashley is the most amazing person I have ever dealt with in my life. her store is so professional and courteous when it comes to the client experience. it has been an absolute pleasure getting the service I deserve with people who actually take the time and effort to provide what is needed. I recommend everyone to stop by if you're in need of any service or just have questions. this place will take care of you. thank you AT&T commerce!

The manager Ashley was absolutely amazing. The way she treated me as a customer really stood out to me. She dealt with everything so fast and easy that I didn’t even have to wait 30 minutes to get a new phone. I recommend this place to anyone who’d like to get a new phone. Her work was very outstanding and I’ll be back for my next phone (: great job Ashley you are amazing.

Ashley and Breanne were both wonderful! I could tell they both have experience and they worked together to get me started with the iPhone 13 Pro Max at a price I could feel peace about! This is cellular as it should be!

I went up here to upgrade my phone , I was greeted upon walking in by Breanna and 5 minutes later Ashley began taking care of me. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted . They were both patient, kind and informative. The next day I called up there to get help with the Apple Watch I wanted . Breanna sent me the link and insured me I can contact them if I needed further assistance or come back to the store to have it ordered. Both of these women are professional and the best reps ever!!! I recommend this store and both these wonderful ladies!

I loved everything about this store! Most AT&T stores have you waiting forever to be seen. But at this store, I was seen in a timely fashion n most importantly the employees were great. Specifically David, he was very helpful and he was a able to answer every question I had. He had such a passion for his job that it translated to pure excellence. Well done AT&T for employing such a remarkable employee. When it’s time to upgrade or add-on, I will definitely be coming back to this store.

The store manager, Ashley, was a fantastic sales person and, more importantly, person. She was accommodating and willing to assist me with whatever I needed when I was at the store.

Ashley walked me through their line of available products, which ones would be available readily in-store, which might be available nearby or in out-of-state stores and notified me that if none of those options were available, that she could check with the AT&T warehouse. Not only that, but she was willing to listen to the needs for my particular job and how I would require a lower-spec phone for my AR and mobile Application Development. She seemed genuinely interested to know more about my field and how the phone would be used.

The experience was the best I've ever had with any AT&T store. Far superior to that of the Great Lakes Crossing and Novi stores. She was the only one working, today, yet her cheery and wonderful enthusiasm actually brightened the store up and made it feel hospitable, warm and enjoyable to be there.

I highly recommend visiting this store over any others.

I had the most fun time and best experience at this store. Josh is a gem! He made everything looks effortlessly and quick...I was able to use my phone within minutes from walking in the store. Ashley is fun, polite, and respectful! I would definitely recommend this store...they could write the book on best customer service!!!

The service here is great! I went in to get a new phone and it was a very easy transaction. Breanna and Ashley were able to get my new phone up and running and files from my old phone transfered over very quickly. They both answered all of my many questions I had for them, they made this a very enjoyable experience. I will be back to do business at this location again! Bottom line... if your not shopping at this location your not getting the best service you deserve!!
