I enjoy buying high-end shoes, when you buy the best you look the best. The look fit and finish of Ferragamo brand is impeccable. I also enjoy there stylish clothing line too. The friendly service of the sales staff was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this business.

Love this store! Impeccable service! Damaged my shoe so they sent it out to the factory for repair. I stepped into a crack in the sidewalk and ripped the leather on the heel. Took about 2 weeks but my shoe came back looking brand new. No charge. Can't beat that! Can't wait until the store expands to include a bigger selection!!!

Had to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. Unfortunately they did not have my size in the store. So they made the exchange and had the new pair shipped directly to my house, free of charge and the shoes arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service!

As soon as I walked into ferragamo the staff members were so welcoming . This store had a beautiful facelift . They redesigned this whole store, everything looks so different in there. I was buying a belt and one of the staff members asked me if I needed to get precut holes in the belt to properly fit me since I have a very small waist and none of the belts originally fit me . But in a matter of minutes they cut my belt to properly fit me and I was out of the store within 15 minutes. Super great business and will always buy from ferragamo . I truly love this brand . There belts are very sharp . I will return at this store soon to buy dress shoes. Thanks to ferragamo and it's wonderful staff members !!!!!

I was looking for a particular belt that had sold out online and corporate actually told me there were no more to be found. I called this store and got help from a nice gentleman, Stefan Scharnhorst. I don’t know how he did it, but he found the absolute last one there was. He called several boutiques until he found it and got it shipped to the store. He even texted me a picture of it through his presonal phone to confirm it was the right colored belt!
