Such a pleasant experience! Very welcoming atmosphere. Picked up order placed online. Items were meticulously placed within gift box and included gift card. No waiting in pickup area. Store employe had me on my way in no time! Very impressed!

I just purchased 3 pairs of On Cloud shoes at your location. Brandon was such a great person to talk to. It stood out to me how knowledgeable he was and really helpful.
Because of him I will return in the future to purchase shoes!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, that is Until you get to the Women's Restroom and the Door's Wide Open! That's an Easy fix, though! I just Closed it! It's different from the bigger restrooms in the mall with more ppl to open it again! So, I had a peaceful, and restful time in there, not having to worry about a Man coming in! Thank You, Jesus!!

Still the same great service. It's pretty cool to go to a store that still believes in superior customer service. The cafe upstairs is pretty yummy too.

Day after Black Friday this year was not too crazy to shop. Somerset is an excellent mall for families. The Christmas Displays are gorgeous. Make an appointment with Santa's Staff and then go shop. The North side(N. Of Big Beaver) is more catered to food service, trendy stores and has Macy's on one end, Nordstrom on the other. The South Side is adjoining by a beautiful cross walk across Big Beaver Rd. That side is staple "old school, very very upscale, and is more suited for the Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus crowd. Stunning displays, grand piano lobby and a couple coffee houses. There are a few restaurants, but high end dining. Somerset Collection is an ideal place to meet, shop and dine.

Had such a pleasant dress shopping experience here! The staff member helping me out was truly wonderful. She took the time to find my size and offered opinions and alterations.

I went in for an exchange in the women’s shoes department and even though it was busy the young lady Dasia C was so helpful and she went above and beyond to assist me and I will be back thanks to her!!! Great employee

I hadn't been to the mall since COVID, so it was a nice experience. Somerset was super crowded , to my surprise. But it was a nice day and I guess people just wanted to be out of the house.

I specifically went in for a perfume Nordstrom was heavily advertising on social media & the store didn't have a sample, didn't have a store sample spray and wouldn't use 1 to sample to sell the other. They said, 12 Oaks might? But I was standing there, in Somerset. The fragrance employees do gather together and kinda make you feel unwanted. I walked to the Jo Malone booth, SHE made you feel wanted. What a lovely experience at the Jo Malone shop. And I bought Pear, a room fragrance & got a free gift and 15% off. The other gals in the main Nordstrom fragrance dept. need to take customer service and sales classes from the Jo Malone manager.

Great store with lots of selection. Bought shoes on the last visit. Priced appropriate to the quality. Store clerk courteous and professional.

Got some very nice things for the Derby from there. It might be one of my favorites.

I just stopped in today to return some items in preparation of the Nordstrom anniversary sale that starts tomorrow for me. The young man at the register was so nice and completed my returns efficiently. I then found a pair of shoes that I liked. I tried on the display model as it was my size and went to the counter and asked the girl for my size in the box and I didn't need to try them on. Brought them home and they are perfect. I love Nordstrom's return policy. That is one of the main reasons that I shop there. When I told the girl that waited on me in the shoe department that I left my dogs at home for the first time since I got them months ago she told me I could bring them with me next time, if I wanted to. Maybe when they are better behaved I will try that with their dog stroller. Love Nordstrom!

India from the intimate and skims department was a gem to work with!
She took the time with my cousin and I to go over sizing, different types of products and was overall very knowledgeable.

It’s so refreshing to see associates who actually care and appreciate you.
I live in Toronto but will always come back to see her!

Eryn in kid's shoes is Awesome! She helped me find a boot my kid is actually excited to wear and she was super nice and efficient!
