Saks Fifth Avenue

I had the best experience at Saks this weekend. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I went in specifically for a Bond No. 9 fragrance, but I wasn’t sure which one. The nicest young woman helped me and recommended fragrances I genuinely loved. She made sure I knew it was the one I wanted. She was helpful, informative, and really kind. I ordered exactly what I wanted with no hiccups! Excellent customer service

The selection of products is outstanding! The Louis Vuitton section has a better variety than the actual Louis Vuitton store did 🤔

I've been shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue for over thirty years now. I like the attentive service from my favorite sales associate Julie, at the Somerset Collection. Saks has the best variety of designer clothing for the family. I personally know all of your shopping needs will be fulfilled. The atmosphere always gives me a warm filling inside. I highly recommend this business.

I would like to share with you my wonderful experience with Saks Gucci of Troy in July. I visited the store prior to my purchase and met the lovely Sales person, Taylor.

Taylor was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about each product in the store. Taylor shared suggestions, communicated in a timely manner and was patient. She made my experience a pure joy. Her warm spirit and confidence lead me back to the store to order. She is a true professional, whose spirit is genuine. I’m currently looking for another bag and look forward to working with Taylor again and Saks Gucci of Troy.

Love shopping here for years but recently been shopping with Brayan at saks and had the assistance of Nawal as well for a Christmas gift a purse for my mom. Very professional and friendly! If you ever need anything please see Brayan he will take good care of you with whatever you need!!

A high end department store with lovely items. I love the clothes, shoes and accessories. This isn't my favorite store to go to, however if you're looking for popular designers they won't disappoint. They don't have designers like Sophia Webster in the store.

Awesome service..Mark and Nancy, as well as the rest of the fragrance department, treated me with love and care. Will always shop Saks Somerset mall. Please don't steal from Saks. They have undercover everywhere.. my fragrance blue moon wasn't as good as I thought, but the fragrance department accommodated me with samples. They’re a beautiful store. It’s expensive but but as a middle classer it feels good to play Rich for a few minutes. Although just like the review, I left for Nordstrom they’ll probably go bankrupt in 10 years.

I spent 3 months in bridal shops looking for a wedding dress. I came to Somerset Saks and found “the dress” on my first visit! Beautiful dresses, high quality and the customer service was wonderful (thank you Karen & manager Jen)!!

I’ve searched all over trying to find a place to leave a review for the Customer Service Representative, CRYSTAL (Corporate office/Call center). When I tell you her voice was calming, she listened to my concerns, and was very knowledgeable of my request. I called myself being quick, chatting online… DO NOT DO IT. I spoke to over 7 agents through chat for them to “disconnect” our session. Pretty much giving me the run around. I spoke to Crystal, and she already knew before I could get my sentence out! Lol. She is professional, polite and went over and beyond! Thanks again Crystal for turning my experience around with SAKS!

Tom Ford extreme...Wow I think I found my new perfume...when I say it smells so good man that an understatement I would recommend to friends and family for sure.i wouldn't change anything about the scent. The scent nice a fresh a little fruity musk smell.

Hadill P was really helpful , she helped me pick a good smell cologne for my boyfriend birthday, she was really sweet and nice when I asked her to show me the guys cologne and right way she give me good one and I loved the smell of the cologne.

Go here often, but this time felt super welcomed and was treated excellent. Bought a jacket from Nate, and he treated me wonderful. Gave me his input, and with the help of Mary, I was in and out within no time. Great people. Will def. be back! Good work.

First time going there was an experience that my friend has shown me the Chanel store the women there were amazing do they do great makeup yes is it affordable sure now when I go back and shop at the store again maybe if I was buying a purse something that I couldn't get online or something like that but other than that it's not my cup of tea

I needed to purchase a coffee maker from S5A website but needed it to get shipped to the store and not to my house due to me traveling a lot recently. I called company`s customer service and there were not able to help. Additionally, the customer service of S5A really really $uck$ to be honest. HOWEVER, at the 11th hour, there was a SUPER NICE, CARING, Employee AT THE STORE itself helped me out by getting my info and ordering it for me to get shipped to the store. That employee`s name is Ms. Terry G., Terry you went above and beyond to help me with this order. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AMAZING AND CARING. This is a note to Terry`s Manager, she deserves a big raise for taking the lead on this and acting as if S5A is her own company, not act like she is an employee. You guys should promote such a behavior. Thank you TERRY G. :)
