Great service, atmosphere and good food, but the hashbrowns are bland. I still recommend you go.

Delicious breakfast and great service! I got the waffles as an appetizer, must get!! They are cooked to perfection with perfect balance of crunchy and softness.

I can’t remember my meal name, I believe Cajun breakfast? however it it had hashbrowns, sausage with peppers and mushrooms. So good! I couldn’t finish it and took it to go. Great portion for the right price!

Diner with a classic diner feel and some Cajun flavored options. Crab cake eggs Benedict pictured was solid and very large portions. Definitely worth trying out.

We had a large group of 12 and were promptly seated in the back room, overflow dining room and given waters, menus and drinks. Our server was very friendly and helpful, despite a large group about an hour and a half before closing. She patiently took all our orders and there were a few special requests that she said would be no problem! It seemed we had the right amount of time to visit before the food started to arrive and the kitchen staff handled everything great! Everybody was happy and satisfied with their meal. She and her helper kept the drink refills coming. One thing to keep in mind if you dine in here, the portions are generous! You definitely will not leave there hungry! All our meals were delicious! My family will definitely be back with more friends. Thank you Louisiana Cafe!

This food was absolutely delicious! I went three times within three weeks. I was in heaven. It is on the pricey side but worth it. You get a lot of food for what you pay for. I wound up taking half of what I had on my plate and brought it home. The service is very friendly. After placing the order you don’t even wait too long. Must go and try!

A little spendy for breakfast BUT worth every penny. The food was phenomenal. The portions are huge. We had pineapple upside down pancakes, everything omelet, hash browns and the Carmel apple crisp waffle. All of it was delicious! We all have leftovers. We will be back for sure.

basic diner set up. great folks working. food was amazing. get the chicken fried steak. come on. amazing flavor perfect texture. got a pancake too because i saw a toddler have one with blueberries and chocolate chips on the side as i was waiting (she knew what was up).

This is our go-to spot for breakfast in Saint Paul, MN. This place is kid friendly. The service is good. There is plenty of room to find a table, so even if it is busy, you will get seated in short order. It seems busiest on Sunday when the churches are letting out. There is also off-street parking in the back.

Great local brunch place. I've eaten here a few times now and it's been really good each time. They seat you really fast, even if it's on a weekend I've never had it take more than 10 minutes.

The Cajun breakfast was cheesy with just the right amount of spice. Everything was cooked to perfection. Service was fast. Great place!

Awesome!! I had a catfish breakfast and it was heavenly, eggs perfectly cooked with hash browns so much food I couldn't eat it all but don't worry I will finish it. 😁😁 Corn bread muffins were also cooked to perfection. Thank you for the great food and nice customer service. I will be back very soon.

Amazing breakfast! Had the Zydeco French Toast. So delicious and filling! The rest of the menu sounds amazing and will have to return to try out the other mouthwatering options.

Searched around the cities for a restaurant that was local and had Eggs Benedict. This restaurant had 5 versions! The service by Tim was beyond exceptional. I have eaten at places where the bill for 4 people was more than $1000, and Tim gave better service than those servers did all for a minimal check for 2 people. The rest of the service was also good and food was excellent on every table and dish that I saw. I highly recommend this as a breakfast place you must try while in Minneapolis. I am positive you will be back.

Stumbled here by accident and best discovery ever! Portion was generous and delicious! If you’re a fan of pineapple cakes, I highly recommend getting the pineapple pancakes!

The food is absolutely delicious. The servings are very large so you have plenty of leftovers. Not a long waiting time and the staff is very kind.

Lightning fast appearance (of my precise off-book breakfast order- I was 2 sips into coffee after opening a handful of creams into it when my giant platter appeared. It isn't maybe a low budget option but the food is good, quick, and they both know how to leave off the wheat/ gluten stuff and offer gluten-free substitutions for lil upcharges. Place has a good feel. I will be back a bunch for sure.
