Koji

This is by far the best sushi you will ever have! I'm sorry but I've been to some of "the best" sushi restaurants in New York, Miami and California, and they don't compare! We have been coming here for almost 15 years now and the consistency and service have never changed. The fish is so fresh it literally melts in your mouth. Even the most basic roll, like a California roll, is amazing. Our favorite rolls are shrimp lovers, salsa, rainbow, California, salmon avocado, Michigan, and the salmon nigiri( they literally melt in your mouth). Mrs. Kim, the owner, is so sweet. My kids love her! She is very welcoming and is always helping the servers out. The servers are all wonderful. We have known Jay the longest, and he's just so sweet with our kids and always does such a wonderful job. We honestly feel like family coming here! I can't recommend this place enough. We order it carry out on a weekly basis and dine here when we have time!

Koji has the most consistent experience in sushi that I've encountered. The quality is always exquisite and second to none. For being such a high quality restaurant the prices beat out all the rest and are comparable to any sushi goer. I eat sushi very often yet no one can match the quality of koji's sushi. My girlfriend and I eat here at least once a week and I highly recommend it.

Every single time I come here it's amazing. The food is delicious, hot,fresh, and beautiful. The service is always welcoming and attentive. I just love this sushi house.

The best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food itself was a 10/10. More impressive than the food was the operation. Wife and I came on a Friday night and it was packed. We had a wait which was fine as we walked down the strip and they called when our table was ready. I owned a restaurant myself, I have never seen an operation run so smoothly. We were checked on multiple times during our visit, food was promptly brought out to us. It was a beautifully ran operation. A tremendous dining experience all around. Great job to the team at Koji. This is my new sushi spot (drove 40 minutes to get here and will gladly do it again).

For lunch we had the dragon roll, fantastic roll and the phoenix sushi roll. The best one was the fantastic roll. All 3 had a good spicy taste to them if you like spicy sushi. We also had the pork dumplings. Those were good too. They had a nice crunch and the dipping sauce was tasty as well. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Bite size delight.
Although traditional Japanese sushi is meant to be bite size, here is a place worth making an exception for. Or really working that mouth to fit it in ;)
Late Friday evening, in downtown Northville, lies one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve been to. Busy as can be (never a bad sign) with take out orders lined up, and a dine-in waiting list from anything between 15-20’; we get a call no later than 8:00PM that our table is ready.
The service is immediate and kind. Drinks come at the blink of an eye, and with them, the most effective menu: the menu in itself with the most accurate pictures of each item (note the word ‘accurate’, unlike certain fast food commercials where the reality rarely matches the advertised product) and a check sheet with every item on the menu.
We each ordered a roll and one to share (3 total), and miso soup to start.
It’s hard to miss on miso soup, but here it hit the spot. Opening up the appetite for the amazement to come.
The first 2 roles arrive on a single plate, and the last one on a skillet to be lit on fire.
The taste of each role can be described in many words, or perhaps just one: Bliss. A combination of fresh rice, sea food, and the added ingredients to each unique role. Only after my first bite, did I turn my head toward the kitchen. Open style, 4 sushi chefs working their magic Igor all to view. No wonder in tasted this fresh. Upon closer inspection, I noticed even the fish was cut to size for each order. Make no mistake, this place knows it’s sushi.
I could go on to describe how amazing it was to eat here, but I’ll leave it at this: experience at your own discretion, because once you try it, you will be coming back for more.

Not only was the meal excellent, it was beautiful, fast and reasonably priced the area is so cute to walk around! Best sushi hand's down.

It's one of my favorite sushi places. I love the mountain rolls. Amazing place. The staff is also kind and amazing. Sometimes, the wait for the food takes time, but it's worth the wait.

We ordered a lot. The staff was incredible. The food even more so. Everything was an absolute 10.

I have tried many of their sushi also spicy crab salad. Everything was really good but the crab salad portion was smaller than expected

My boyfriend and I have been going to Koji for five years, and we have never been disappointed! We’ve tried SO many sushi restaurants and nothing compares to Koji. The shrimp tempura and bulgogi are to die for!

The sushi here is phenomenal! Every roll was great. I used to be a sushi house regular but I think this will be the new regular spot!

Highly recommended. Very fresh food at reasonable prices. Excellent sushi and sashimi. Good service. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. We came for lunch and will be back to try their dinner menu.

I go to this restaurant every time I go to Northville it's such a treat . I always get the Shrimp Tempura Bento Box I love the marinaded sea weed and the soup it's just something different that you don't normally see at a restaurant.

Delicious! Hands down the best restaurant in Northville! All other spots are over priced and don't even get close to the great taste of Koji's sushi. Recommend 10/10

If you're a native of Northville, this is the only sushi restaurant you can go to(unless you want Kroger/Costco sushi). I recommend the vegetable tempura, gyoza, for appetizers. In terms of sushi I recommend the salsa roll as well as the california roll which hit differently, you're actively welcome.
