Kroger

I use the online ordering with curbside pickup and the staff running the bags are really friendly and quick to deliver them. Substitutions are usually done well, especially when picking backups, but the store does sometimes have stock issues.

Best Kroger ever. Great selection, great staff, and the meat department is always on fleek with the quality and cuts. I shop there every single day and I have never had a bad experience. Thanks to the staff for working so hard through staffing shortages. Additionally, for those who complain about short staff and out of stock items, feel free to put down your phone while driving and grab an application to work there, and stop complaining. They work so hard and do not deserve complaints.

Great shopping experience with plenty of local, fresh produce. The overall setup of the market is self-explanatory and everything is easy to find.
If not, one of the friendly employees is right there to assist.
Particularly, I cherish that it is a shopping experience for which I don't need a car (so for small purchases I can combine it with a walk).

The store is clean and usually well stocked, except for the rare produce item. The layout is good and somehow seems bigger inside than it appears outside. I rarely have to wait in line. We miss the neighborhood feeling of the old Hiller's store, but overall we've been happy since Kroger took over

The store is absolutely beautiful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a wide variety of fresh organic produce and herbs as well as meat, seafood and baked goods. There's a very large selection of wine with a chilled/hydrated wine cellar for higher end choices and a vast array cheeses that is amazing! All that while still having Kroger discounts and specials. Having lived in Northville for 20+ years, believe me when I say Kroger has exceeded their goal. Thank you Kroger for keeping it a small town specialty non-bulk store.

I didn't really shop much while I was here, but today I had a funeral for my grandmother and came in, in hopes of getting food enough for approximately 60 people by 6 that day. I went to the deli counter and was helped by I believe her name was Patricia. She was so sweet and understanding of our situation and assured me that she would have our order done by 6 (we ordered 2 6ft subs and 1 2ft vegetarian sub). She called at 4:30 and had the subs ready. Patricia made my experience here. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I felt she deserved recognition of her excellent service, and will be sure to order subs from here again (both for service and the fact that they were delicious).

This is my store. Never, ever saw rudeness, so sorry if you did. Thank you to all the employees that make it possible for me to buy groceries. I know no one there, no vested interest, just an old housewife grateful to buy groceries. God Bless You All.

Beautifully updated, welcoming layout with friendly, helpful staff. This Kroger is smaller than the typical ones, but it has everything you'd need and I find it a breeze to pop in and out! I love it!

My hats off and many praises to the sweetest mature produce guy (worked at N'ville Hiller's, too) because he went in the back for me to get more fresh green beans and came out to find me crying on my phone. He helped me put the beans in a bag. Everybody there is super nice! Another worker asked me how I was and I said "don't ask". Just being honest. Family member in hospice so hard time, but they made it a little easier to get through the store today.

Love this store!! Great friendly, helpful staff! Fresh produce and meats. Starbucks. Crazy busy but I guess that is what happens when you put all that goodness in one place!

Miss the Hillers and hometown local feel, but Kroger has done well to fill in the shoes of what was left behind. The store feels a lot bigger, and like the new store feel to it. The presentation and food quality are good. Always has promotions/sales and the app is really nice. My wife likes the clicklist feature to pre-order and someone prepares the order for you (when they ran out of the Kroger brand of something, they swapped it out for the brand name product). Wish there was a meat counter like Hillers used to have (we just go to Cantorro's on Haggerty & 5 mile if we need a specific amount not pre-packaged). We bought some bad oranges and were easily able to return with no questions asked. Very friendly staff. The cheese counter is impressive and I haven't seen it in an everyday chain grocery store. The biggest downside is that there is no pharmacy (downtown Northville needs some more pharmacy competition)

I only use this location for the quick list, I love it its fast and easy. The employees are always very polite as well. I will be getting groceries this way when ever its possible.

Nice grocery place in the middle of Northville downtown. It has Starbucks inside which is a plus! And lots of regular and Organic produce. They keep guernsey farms milk. We always go there for our produce, snacks and dairy.

Friendly staff and always have what I need in stock! There's always plenty of registers open and my wait in line to check out is almost non-existent! Love this store!

This is a really great grocery store. They seem to have a pretty generous selection of kind of fancier stuff, but since it's a Krogers the prices are reasonable. I'll take this over Busch's any day of the week

Small place but has all you need and fair prices. Love Kroger and their food. Parking lots a disaster but nothing’s perfect.

One of the nicest Kroger’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. Great produce and always stocked with everyday items. Fast checkout.

I love this store. The hot soup and fresh salad bar is awesome. The store is smaller than other Krogers, but has a gourmet appeal.

Amazing customer service. Had a missing item in our clicklist order and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the issue. I have never been more impressed with a service.
