I refinanced and needed a title and a release of lien. The title is done through a third party and after one month of no title I called TFS. They called them and the third party denied the title because TFS did not give the correct information. The rep said she would correct that. Two months go by and nothing. I called TFS about five times to update me and to follow through with their empty promises. In the meantime my credit union that I refinanced through had sent me five letters asking for a copy of the title with their name as the lien holder. Since I was unable to get any of this from TFS they raised my interest rate to 18%. A month later I finally get the title and release of lien and take it in for a new title. The clerk of courts says the title is invalid because someone got another title, which was the previously mentioned third party. They were baffled why this happened. No problem though, she says, you have a valid release of lien. Uh oh, TFS actually signed it Toyota Finacial Services. It’s not valid because a person did not sign it. Here we go again. More phone calls and it was supposed to be overnighted, but never showed up. Now I have to hope it is in the mail. I have bought Toyota’s for over 35 years and am trading my Grand Highlander in for a Chevy Traverse. This whole experience will never allow me to get the bad taste out of my mouth, bye bye Toyota

Absolutely horrible company. Never lease or buy a Toyota if you’re using them. You never get ahold of a customer service rep. Constant 90 minute wait times. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is pitiful.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. They are the worst Business representative I've had. I was suppose to receive a check. Do to a issue that happened with a payment. And I was suppose to receive a check. And never got it. I will be taking my business elsewhere when I'm done paying off my vehicle. I will prob go to Ford or Chevy dealer ship. Do not do business with Toyota. They are the worst.

Horrible customer service. Unhelpful. Unprofessional. Flat out rude. Dealing with them is like pulling teeth. I’d get a loan with any other institution before I’d get a loan with them.

Had to file a dispute on a transaction with my bank due to them. Toyota claims they did not get the money, but my bank and I can both see the transaction confirmation. Never again

I talked with a TFS rep on 10/3/2018 about a future transaction. The representative I talked to talked about a disposition fee. They said that in order to waive the fee, all I had to do was purchase another Toyota vehicle. I did so. Now I received a bill with a Disp fee (NOT WAIVED). I talked to 2 representatives from Toyota Lease Trust/TFS and they refused to take my word and retain my business.

I returned my vehicle on the 5th and they had it incorrectly listed as 17th of July. They charged me a whole extra month for lease. I waited on the phone for hours and hours before I could even be directed to the right person to talk. I still am waiting for this issue to be resolved.

If I could do zero stars I would. Rude people. No help at all.

Toyota leasing ....beware....I have leased two cars from Toyota. It wasn't until I just turned in my Toyota this month April/2016 that I heard it was going to cost me $350. 00....a disposition fee they said....A term, you would think....they would tell you about ...BEFORE you sign a lease with them. Of course if you agree to lease or buy Another Toyota...they might wave the fee......This is complete bulshit....and I will NEVER Lease or Buy Toyota again.....that $350.00 fee they just made on me , will cost them 10 fold . I Lease two cars every two or three years...with 3 daughters that do the same....And they listen to their Dad about what car to buy....

They charged me for this overpriced car... I will never buy any toyota
