The sales manager, Laura Thompson, was extremely helpful throughout the process. She patiently assessed our needs and located several chairs for us to look at and try out. We jointly determined what we wanted and then she found in the warehouse exactly what we wanted to purchase. The delivery process several days later was very smooth. We were regularly updated on delivery time. Charlie and Terran, the delivery team, were very courteous, professional and efficient. Overall we had a very good experience and will recommend LA-Z-BOY of Canton and sales manage Laura Thompson to our friends..

The shopping experience was very good. Katie helped us with finding the perfect recliners for us. We will have to want awhile for our recliners. We ordered yesterday mine will be here in July and my husbands will arrive in late September.

The people were very good to deal with. Didn’t get any high-pressure sales tactics, they answered all my questions and handled the business very well. I would recommend this business.

Greeted as we entered, but no pressure to buy. We walked around by ourselves finding what we wanted and our sales associate Buddy assisted with the purchase explaining our options, again with no pressure to upgrade. He clearly explained all the paperwork prior to having us sign.

Great service, I love that I never got a hard sale. Even though it took me 2 months and quite a few visits to make my decisions. This was a big purchase for me, my salesman was so nice, and knowledgeable. I always made sure he was working when I shopped. I have a couple more purchases to make this year, I will be getting them in the Canton store.

To me, buying furniture is not fun. But buying our furniture at La-Z-Boy in Canton was as good as it could be. No hassle or pressure by the sales staff but Laura was available when needed to answer questions. The prices were very good and the process of choosing fabric was easy. It was a stress free experience!

I wanted to share about the wonderful service I received at the Canton, Michigan La-Z-Boy store. I was welcomed by a sales representative named Hiam G. and she was beyond helpful! I was in a unique situation where our entire condo in Florida had been demolished by Hurricane Ian in September of 2022, and we are just now starting to think about ordering furniture to replace what was lost.

I was hoping Hiam would be able to get credit for the sale of a sleeper sofa and a recliner, but after contacting the La-Z-Boy store closest to our Florida location, that wasn’t a possibility. That didn’t stop Hiam from offering top-notch service including answering all my questions, helping me with fabric choices, writing down all necessary model #’s to assist the Florida store, and even designing a diagram showing what the room layout would look like. Customer service like Hiam provided meant the world to me and she deserves recognition for her kindness and helpfulness!! I truly appreciated all she did!!

I grew up with my parents buying Lazy-Boy furniture. It has always been Great furniture.

I visited Lazy-Boy A2 on Wednesday. I met Kelly shortly after I entered the store. Kelly provided wonderful customer service. She listened to what I was looking for. Kelly made recommendations for recliners. Kelly gave me her insight as I tried recliners. I took a picture of the recliner Kelly thought was the best for me. I spoke with my wife after I got home. My wife told me to get the recliner if I liked it. Kelly had Thursday & Friday off so I returned on Saturday to purchase the recliner.

I told Kelly that she sold me on a Lazy-Boy recliner on Wednesday for several reasons. One of the main reasons is I was replacing a Non-LazyBoy recliner, which supposedly had a lifetime warranty. When the recliner started being uncomfortable, I looked into taking advantage of the warranty. It turns out there are no longer parts available for my Non-lazyboy recliner, so warranty is useless.

Kelly informed me that in the same situation with Lazy-Boy, I would receive a comparable recliner or a prorated amount towards a new Lazy-Boy recliner.

I am extremely grateful for meeting Kelly and the Great Customer Service she provided.
