I came in, and Henry at the print desk was a superstar! He was patient, and kind with me. He helped me navigate their website, get pricing, and helped me take care of all of my tasks. I left feeling a sigh of relief. I was also given a big,
and friendly greeting when I first walked in. Top choice location for me.

Always have a really good experience at this location. The customer service is always great when it comes to helping. This most recent time, Katie from printing services went above and beyond to help me out!

Really enjoyed the service provided by Zac at the Canton store today. He updated my Rewards account, moved my points to a new account with my cell number, and gave me the points available toward my purchase. I waited on Chat earlier in the day and kept getting timed out. You cannot beat the service that Zac provided!

Went in to print, copy and laminate building plans - made multiple changes and put them through the ringer, anyone else would have been upset but not Katie and the team at Office Max/Depot on Ford Rd. They were absolutley awesome, kind and patient, listened, answered all my questions and made all my iterative changes. It was like having an employee on your team working hard for you, and the completed work was awesome (and done the same day). Love to give credit where its due, and it certainly is here.

Customer service was great. The representative greeted us and took us to the section to find what we needed. They had the hard to find printer ink. I recommend this Office Depot location and I will return.

Staff is both helpful on the phone answering questions and making suggestions and then once in store they are aware you have mobility problem and try to make your check out as expedient as possible. Highly recommend.

I needed help on finding generic printer cartridges and a helpful employee assisted me in finding it online, set up the order, and helped me finalize it. Wonderful young man, in my opinion.

This is the nicest, friendliest place that has great items at very good prices. The sales associates are friendly and not pushy at all. They want you to be happy with your purchase and will help you make a decision depending on your needs and budget. I can't say enough about this store, on Ford Road in Westland, MI, especially Deven, the tech I worked with. He was/is great! If you are looking for anything office related, check this store first.

Stopped by to get last minute school supplies and the store was fully stocked. We were in an out in less than 10 minutes. Associates were very helpful and friendly.

I was in here, printing off sticker labels for a party I’m hosting . I’m new to this and Michael went above and beyond to help me resize the image on his computer. He even let me do a test run to make sure the image fit the Capri Sun without charging me and helped me with the rest of the labels he loved my idea so much he was willing to go above and beyond now that is customer service !!! . Thank you Michael you are the best you made my 30th birthday better with your help with the Capri Suns.everyone is going to love them. Michael is the definition of Awesome customer skills. Very luck to have him!!

I visited the Canton store today after ordering a banner online. The banner was ready for pick up no more than 4 hours after i placed the order. Unfortunately the banner printed darker than I had anticipated. HENRY S. (Print Services Advisor) was a huge help. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. I needed the banner done by today and he made it happen! I should mention they were pretty busy. Not once did Henry make me feel rushed. He was patient, polite and he made sure the finished product was perfect. I really appreciate your great customer service Henry. I'll patronize this location again because of my experience with Henry today!

I have always been able to get what I was looking for at this store in Canton. I find the associates working there are very knowledgeable in all area of this business.
