Had a great experience visiting the Somerset Lovesac store. My husband and I went in with our 4 year old and Colin was so helpful and accommodating. He answered all our questions, put together a sample price quote for us, as well as giving us recommendations regarding fabric choices, upgraded accessories, etc. all while my daughter played with the sactional mini wooden block sets. Highly recommend!

Best customer service. The team we worked with walked us thru all of our options and helped us design an amazing couch. We are so excited to get it and can’t wait for it to arrive!!

I talk to three reps Chris for 56 min. and Brandon sent a text. However Sam was the my Shero. Her patience and her knowledge was amazing. My stealth tech is now working. She helped fix my issues and I am so happy to have her as my rep. Thank you Sam!

My husband and I recently purchased a couch and have nothing but great things to say about Logan and Aaron who helped us throughout the process. From designing to logistics they were both extremely helpful. We never felt pressured and their friendly demeanor was something we appreciated! We’re excited to receive our couch soon!

The sales representative, Sam, at the Lovesac location at Somerset Collection in Troy, MI was so friendly and very helpful. Our sactional arrived in just under 1 week and assembly went as expected (It’s a little time consuming, but not difficult, which is exactly what we anticipated). Very happy so far!

Logan was amazing!!! He answered my 100 questions in the showroom and when we weren't ready to pull the trigger in the store, he sent me a text with the mapping we had made and we were able to (super easily) modify and complete the purchase over the phone after measuring. A+

Oh, and they don't work on commission so there's no pushy salesperson tactics or rushing to get orders in (except to get in before a sale ends), etc.

My visit to Lovesac was my third trip before deciding to finally purchase. On all of my visits I was greeted by the friendly staff who was very patient and knowledgeable about their products. Upon my last visit it great to have no pressure from the store manager as he answered my final questions and started processing my purchase.

The in-store experience was absolutely part of the final reason I made my purchase along a few upgrades and a gift for someone else on this third visit.

Our Salesman was great. He was very helpful and asked us good questions to help us decide what configuration and material we needed. This is our second Sactional and we are excited to do the installation as it is already arriving tomorrow. I highly recommend going with the quick ship covers. The selection is very good and you rarely can buy furniture and have it in 2 days! This is why we are loyal customers 😊

Best customer service I’ve ever seen. Still taking care of my original Sac from 20 years ago. The Sactional is the only piece of furniture that’s been as comfortable years later as the day we bought it.

Colin is a very pleasant young man. He was very personable & knowledgeable about the LoveSac sectionals. In fact, his personable attitude played a part in why I bought the sectionals!

The team was outstanding, we told them what we were looking for and they gave us some great options.We walked out owning a Supersac in Wombat Phur. Sales people were very friendly. Highly recommend. Oh and the Lovesac is extremely comfortable.

Somerset store staff is great! Helpful and very responsive to any issues! Logan has helped us build 2 sectionals, would have been a disaster to order on our own without his expertise.

Lovejoy, Logan, and rest of the staff made the process of purchasing our new furniture easy and stress free. We mostly worked with Lovejoy who was knowledgeable and super friendly! No pressure was ever felt like you get when purchasing furniture from other places. Logan took over towards the end of the purchase and had an excellent attitude and customer service. I am a leader in my field and I saw strong leadership qualities in how he worked with other customers in regards to maintaining safety in the facility while also keeping them happy. We had some issue with our bank and were there longer than expected straightening it out, and the whole staff was polite and made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were all very personable. We had an amazing experience and it was all thanks to the staff that was employed at this location. We will check there first when we add to our Lovesac collection.

My wife and I just bought a couch from here. Everyone was so helpful and explained the different configurations and materials so well. The couch is incredibly comfortable and worth the cost.

We came in originally to take a look at fabrics to do an order online, after dealing with Aaron rush at the somerset mall location I quickly realized that it made more sense to order thru him to insure I got what I was looking for. He found some flaws in my design an suggested some changes which flowed better with my space as well as had lots of patients. My newborn was hungry and was being pretty busy an Aaron helped to keep my son calm and happy. Great experience!

Aaron my sales representative made the buying experience a complete joy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and made some great recommendations for my living space. He and the entire team focused on completing my order with a very high level of customer service. I am grateful.

This is my second Sactional and I absolutely love them! And the service at Troy Somerset is amazing, Aaron is truly amazing! He helped me configure my old and new sofa for the best look for both in the spaces!
