I've used their services since 2000 with no complaints. Their prices are the best around and communication was excellent. I just processed visas for my family of four through them. There were some issues specific to my situation that required some reapplication but USChinaVisa (Jeff) was able to accommodate. Yes, their website has some broken legacy links, but just do your research on required documents and the COVA application. There is eventually a checklist that lists out what is needed to be sent.

When my family member’s colleagues first recommended this agent, I wasn’t thinking about using the service, because I don’t want to give out all my information. Then I figured out that consulate requires someone to show up at their office (doesn’t have to be the applicant), so by hiring an agent, it saves me the hassle to go to Chicago. I searched and found that the price for the same service significantly varies between $200 -$600 and this agent is at the low end, but the service is amazing. The response time is usually within half hour, and they provide various discount programs including referral, multiple cases.

Timeline:
5/18/23: asked a question and got the response within half hour, so I placed the order and received an invoice. I also submitted documents for the initial check
5/19/23: I submitted more documents and they checked the documents the same day, so I shipped everything out.
5/23/23: post office delayed for a day. They received the documents in the afternoon and contacted me for an additional piece. They said they scheduled the appointment with consulate tomorrow! That’s so fast!
5/30/23: documents are mailed back with 2 days service
6/1/23: received the 10 years visa :))

Although the website looks a little dodgy, these guys are 100% legit and the cheapest around. We followed their very specific instructions, mailed everything off, and about a week and a half later had our passports back with 10 year visas. Very easy to reach by email as well; someone always responded within a few hours.

I have used their service 3 times now, and have always had a great experience. They are professionally, and fully committed to helping you get what you need. They went out of their way to make recommendations on a document I completed incorrectly.

I will go back to them for all of my china visa needs.
