SpringHill Suites by Marriott Minneapolis West/St. Louis Park

Overall we had a great 2 night stay this past weekend. The staff at the front desk was super nice. Rooms seem like they were recently remodeled and spacious. Walls where they had put up new wallpaper could be cleaned up a little, but nothing terrible. Overall I would stay again!

Got a room here for my parents, as my mom was having surgery not too far from this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The customer service was amazing! Should there need to be additional medical follow-up, we will definitely be staying here again!

AMAZING HOTEL FOR THE PRICE. SO CLEAN AND ACCOMMODATING! MICROWAVE & FRIDGE IN THE ROOM NICE POOL AREA & A GOOD BREAKFAST. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!!! ALSO 15 MINUTES FROM THE MALL & 10 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN CANT BEAT THAT.

We stayed here for an eye surgery that was done right next door. We stayed in a 2 Queen bed suite with a sofa and 2 tv's. The room was very nice and had extra room than a regular hotel room. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast area and lobby was very welcoming. I learned that it has recently been remodeled. I would definitely stay here again! The man that was running the breakfast buffet was very friendly and helpful. He was thoughtful and gave me a straw so my husband could drink out of it as he couldn't tilt his head back after surgery. I hadn't known this, but he did as they have many people stay there after that eye surgery.

Would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to the Twin Cities! It's close to a great little brewery and a couple of real nice distilleries! It's a couple of minutes from quality shopping and entertainment options. The staff is great, the rooms were very nice, and the breakfast was great!

It’s not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and on its face it’s nice. Decent parking, the staff is friendly, and even the rooms are updated.

The issue is the heating/cooling turned into 82 degrees in the middle of summer, then the incessant clicking of the AC. When we talked to the front desk at 5:45 a.m. to say no bueno, pretty much got a shrug.

While Spring Hill Suites is one of the lower tiers of the Marriott family, you do expect a certain minimum standard with the Marriott brand. This fell far short.

FOLLOW-UP: originally a 2-star, but received an email from the general manager and took care of it. Excellent response to my complaint.

This is our third time staying here. Everything has always looked clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient to many different options for both work and play.

This hotel was perfect for me and my kiddos! Great room layout/size, good variety of breakfast, decent size pool & hot tub, and extra nice staff. Note--only hotel in our experience that breakfast is well stocked!! Places ALWAYS run out near end of breakfast time. Both weekend mornings were well stocked and was perfect for my hungry teens! Will stay here again.

Super nice front desk staff, rooms are clean and big.

This hotel was so nice and accommodating. I had eye surgery next door and they gave us exactly the kind of room we needed, ground floor, handicap accessible room. The front desk employees were super nice, especially Michelle and Mandie. The weather was bad, and we didn't know if we should stay another day and they were very understanding. We ended up staying anyway and were very glad we did. Super breakfast, too! We will definitely stay here again!

Needed a place that was closer to my aunt's eye surgery. Couldn't ask for better. It was right around the corner. Literally

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The desk clerk was very friendly and checked me in with no delay. The room was clean and showed very little sign of use. The neighborhood is quiet and felt secure even after dark. It's a short 15 minute drive to downtown from this hotel and so much better as far as I'm concerned. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights for my eye surgery. Staff was super helpful and understanding. Rooms were great, and much more spacious than I expected. I would totally stay here again for business or for fun.

Probably more of a 4.5 but it did the job. The staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful. The TV in the room was small. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, but I believe that is probably due to making different arrangements for COVID.

It was a nice location and at a great price. I would definitely book here again!

Great location. Walk to good local restaurants. Very clean. Great breakfast because Mgr attends to it well. Good work out room with full compliment of dumbells and bench for good workout. Hot tub and pool are clean and well maintained. All of this for a very fair price.

I’m a new mom to my 2 month old and this was my first trip away from home with her. We were greeted by Jeanne in the lobby and she was so sweet and personable-we loved that! The weather was very warm that weekend and my daughter was crying because of being in her car seat for so long. I took her out and when we arrived into the room it was at the perfect temperature and clean! There was some peaceful music playing as well which was a nice touch. Immediately when we got into the room my baby was able to calm down and cool off from the heat. It was literally the perfect start to our stay! Thank you for making my first time away from home with my baby a breeze. We will be back!

I stayed at this hotel for several days at Christmas 2011. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. When I became ill, they were concerned and helpful, providing all assistance I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable for a 4 person gathering on Christmas Day. I realize the hotel was not terribly busy during that time, so noise certainly wasn't a factor. The breakfasts were excellent. I truly have nothing bad to say.

Room was very small, but clean with basic amenities. Staff was friendly. Location was fine but there are some "less than well kept" establishments surrounding this hotel.

Really nice hotel. Breakfast was lovely, the pool and fitness center were great, staff was friendly. Great location close to city attractions. Will definitely be staying here again!
