The Home Depot

Had to stop and pick up a few things when my daughter moved to an apartment in St. Louis Park. This Home Depot had a warm feeling to it. Hats off to Tony at self-check-out. Nice guy!!

Thank you to Wade, Mason and Ryan for your help when I was in the store on Monday, March 11, 2024. I was in buying Smart bulbs, other bulbs and smart plugs. I also bought some storage containers. All three of these gentlemen were a big help to me. I am disabled and cannot see very well and they were so kind, professional and very courteous. Thank you, Home Depot of St Louis Park for hiring such terrific employees.

Employees are amazing in the plant section, especially one named Brayden. He made me feel the “home” in depot. Although the plants at this depot were a bit dusty, with a few divots in the soil, Brayden guided me through my journey excellently. I brought home my favorite plant, the wailing wood, with joy, not being able to find it without Brayden’s help. Nominate Brayden for employee of the Month! He’s takes #2 of my all time favorite employees, with Gail Lewis from Walmart closely ahead.

My first time at St Louis Park Home Depot. I'm a seasoned builder, so I've been to many big box home improvement stores.

The people working at the store are the "secret sauce" and I was really glad I went to this store, because Tim at the Pro desk went above and beyond to help me out with a big order that included a lot of heavy drywall.

I will make this my store from now on because the other Home Depots are not good, especially Eden Prairie.

Huge store. Wasn't sure if customer service was going to be able to help me for what I needed. But to my surprise in the first person I encountered, I asked him where I could find such item and directed me straight to it. No problem. So good job!

They have almost everything you need. Same layout as literally every other home depot. Prices are a bit inflated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can't complain.

Ryan back in appliances was so helpful and patent with us and our two fur friends we were allowed to bring with shopping. He helped us pick the right fridge and stove for my mom's small kitchen. (Not small, just full) we got just what we were looking for and he was so helpful to show us all the good deals that were there. 10/10 recommend working with Ryan.

I've shopped a number of times at this store and have almost always had very good luck. Personnel have been helpful well above average, repairs on a lawn mower were done correctly

I walked into Home Depot excited to start a project but needed a lot of help finding the right materials. I was in the lumber yard and at first I was really turned off by the customer service. I'd get short answers that weren't helpful and the sales associates seemed annoyed. Then Mike came along. He helped me find the wood, brackets, screws, etc. that I needed and gave me a lot of tips with how to go about this project. He was honestly a life saver. I truly couldn't have done this without him. Thank you Mike, you made this project so enjoyable. Stop by any time for some fresh veggies ;)

Needed some new hardware and locks for my doors. I found exactly what I was looking for. They also have some really nice plants and a nice selection of pots and planters. What they might need is someone to answer the phones. They seem to just ring and ring. Besides that friendly employees and not long lines.

The home depot always has what I am looking for. There’s plenty of associates to ask for help even though it's a self service store. If you’re a do it yourself person there's so much to look at.

I placed an online order and all but one item was available for pickup within a vert short time! The last item shipped to store and I picked it up today. Both times I used the curbside pickup and both times the store associates were prompt and courteous. I only got one of their names I'm sorry to say. Katie brought the last item out to me. Thank you Katie! Nice store, nice associates, will definitely shop there again!
