AT&T Store

They're super knowledgeable about everything to do with the phone I purchased there, and they are extremely friendly. Even after I made my purchase, I had to go in for questions about my phone, and they always took the time to help me out and always solved my concerns!!! Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They go out of their way to help you out about any concerns, and they make sure to get you the best price on their plans and phones. BTW, Malcolm is supper awesome!!! 👌 👏 👍 Now it's six months later and Malcolm who I now consider my brother, BTW is a wonderful father has moved up in the store a assistant manager 😀 And I am so proud 👏 and happy to to know that. His customer skills 👌 are excellent and he is a Man of his word and he will always give a good deal 👍 He will never sell you a product you don't need!!!

I was very impressed with the experience I received. The patience of Malcolm-Xavier is one a kind I will return whenever I need the right person to meet my needs. This company better count their days, if they don't take care of HIM someone else will surely see the value.

I was at this store last weekend when my wife got a new phone and I had a few technical issues and needed a new screen protector. Even though there were several customers, Devin and Torrey did a great job getting to everyone with professionalism and some good humor.

I worked with Torrey who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. His service was thorough yet concise and I left feeling confident in my purchase.

My sales rep was quick to help, efficient in setting up my new line and responsive to any questions that I had. She is super competent and, as a customer, i very much appreciate being able to have that kind of experience when I'm spending good money and making a commitment.

Stoped it to see about switching over to AT&T yesterday. Malcom and Torrey were awesome and very helpful. 5 star service provided and happy about my new AT&T phone/service.

It was quite busy at the end of store hours. Only one employee was working (Soley sp?). She was great!
She worked very efficiently and was as able to assist Spanish speaking.
She helped us with an upgrade and remained after hours with someone who walked in a minute before close.

Malcolm was very patient and gave the best customer service, easy to work with and very understanding. I recommend this store if you want staff that’s knowledgeable on the products and adamant about getting you the best deals possible.

Malcolm-Xavier has made this experience well worth the share, completely understanding my needs and making it simple to understand. Also very considerate of my time. I went to this store today and worked with Tory Nixon. I cannot begin to explain how much he helped me. My account was a mess. Tory patiently helped me fix my business account. He was the only associate at the store but he serviced many customers at the same time. Not one customer was frustrated or put out. He multi tasked the entire time I was at the store. I had tried to fix my problems by phone with many account specialists. My frustration was at its peak when I entered this store. Thanks to Tory all my phones are up and working. I will always go to this store and seek out Tory!! Many thanks to Tory Nixon.

Had an issue that caused a wasted 90-minutes waiting on the phone only to be told I needed to go to an actual store. I was beyond frustrated and from the moment I was introduced to Malcolm everything went great! He is beyond kind and his knowledge and professionalism shine bright. He's a human we all should know and you walk away feeling you have made a friend for life!

I strongly recommend this store location for handling difficult cell phone issues in a fast, professional and courteous manner! I believe Torrey as well as Soli went above and beyond normal cell phone issues. They both resolved issues that Centurylink CHAT system was totally ineffective. I do not consider myself as a "Techie" but I did my best before going to the ST Louis Park A T and T retail location for HELP. And they did a fabulous job for me.

Had an awful day losing my phone! Malcolm was in the middle of lunch put his stuff down and immediately got me all set with a new phone. He gave me all my options and made sure I had what I needed. Tory the manager was also very courteous and seemed to be of good help to the other customers! This is the store y’all!

Was just into this store this morning to get help with my cell phone. I worked with Malcom. He was such a great help. He was professional, kind and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend working with him

Malcolm, Soli and, Torrey were so helpful it was unbelievable! I have been to other AT&T stores but they were outstanding. If you’re ever in need of service, it's worth the drive to this store. They also are genuinely nice too.

My Wife, Son an and I visited the SLP Store. The Asst Manager Torey was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I upgraded our phones and our son needed a replacement phone. The staff ( Torrey, Malcolm and the young lady) we top notch. They listened to our concerns and patiently walked us through each device set up and l was very proud of the service we received.
We will never visit another AT&T store for anything. We will always come to this location.

I had to port a phone from Verizon and originally stopped by the Richfield location. Malcolm was filling in there, and he told me all the info I needed to make it happen. I went to this AT&T a month later after getting the account number etc. and was surprised to see it was Malcolm again! The transfer went smoothly thanks to him giving me good info originally and him being able to follow through. Super pleased with the process start to finish. Thanks Malcolm!!

Torrey and Malcolm gave me the best experience of my life! I was so excited to take my walk today and they were very mindful of that, by providing me a timely response and relieved me of the overwhelming frustration of dealing with my bills I love my service with AT&T and they saved me money so that I may continue. Thank you for having these pleasant gentlemen staffed I highly recommend this location!

Malcolm and Soli were so amazing to work with. We came in to complete one task and crossed off two on our todo list! Very grateful for all of the help and fun conversation. Highly recommend this location!
